Megan and her team always provide excellent service. I've ordered many museum plaques, directory nameplates, etc fro Office Sign Company, and their work is beautiful. I will continue to order my office signs from them

Great products! Highly Recommend!

Great products! Fast service and the send you a proof (actual size via email) so you know exactly what you're getting and can make changes prior to the signs being made.

Will continue to use Office Sign Company for all or our custom and non-custom signs.

Simple to reorder

Still very good service, not quite perfect

Since the pandemic, OSC has lost a step in terms of efficient customer service. Still a great product, and still packaged very well, and still plenty-good-enough, but they used to be even faster, and a bit more 'on top of it' in terms of special order communications, payment processing etc. Still fully 4 stars, but I look forward to the day when they're back to 'outstanding.'

Efficient, Communicative and As Ordered

This was a painless and quick experience to get door signage for our new Anchor building for our company. The proofs came quickly and the email communication was consistent as opposed to having to chase someone down. It was flawless from beginning to end.

Great Products - Clunky Checkout

The products are great - they provide a professional, but unstuffy, atmosphere in our offices. A year ago this would have been a 5 star review but then you changed your online checkout process. The default payment option is American Express. If you don’t want to use that card, checking out becomes overly time consuming and burdensome. You might want to have some inside testers run through it themselves to experience what I’m talking about. Or contact me - I’d be happy to help.

My experience with Office Sign Co was…

My experience with Office Sign Co was so great, we had a plaque made for a 9/11 memorial piece and they gave it the special treatment it deserved. The proof was sent so fast and the team was very responsive. Will more than likely use again.

Spent a lot of time on chat with a…

Spent a lot of time on chat with a customer service representative who helped me determine what kind of adhesive to order. The product is excellent and I received the order within a couple of days. Highly recommend! Made in the USA!!!!

Custom Logo Design Sign Order

The ordering process was pretty good, and the shipping was quick and we got our signs in just a couple days. We love our signs which were custom and used our logo in the design. The signs are mounted with double sided tape, which seems perfectly fine so far. No complaints
