Order not processed, for days....

I was buying in the past and I must say it was great. Now after few years I decided to buy new monitor and went with them over Amazon for some reason and I did mistake. My order is not processed since 19. Jan. My email was not answered for 2 days. When called, I was told my order should be processed today or tomorrow but it didn't happen. I hope now to get my order till next Friday, if it doesn't get processed till Monday, I will never shop here again and will change my rating. Get serious guys and at least send email with some information about the order.

Order still not processed or email answered, I will not shop here in the future. I am not in position to cancel because there's no stock on Amazon and it was the same price like here for the monitor I was buying which is Asus VG27AQDMG. I wish that I could cancel just so I don't have any business with this guys. Disappointed...

Do not trust their expected delivery…

Do not trust their expected delivery dates
Purchased a monitor back on the 3rd of Jan, was supposed to be shipped "expected 7 days" so no problem happy to wait, 7 days pass then get an email with a delayed expected dispatch date of 17th, right so, 17th comes around, email with a delayed expected dispatch date of the 23rd, I wait again and now today I get an email with delayed expected dispatch date on the 31st
I have emailed them back on the 17th asking am I just going to keep getting delayed emails or will it actually ship and received no response, so here I am nearly 3 weeks later, €800+ down with nothing to show for it, very poorly run company

Upon checking our tickets system I noted that you received an email from my colleague yesterday to inform you about the parcel being prepped for dispatch and is currently underway. According to our informatiuon the parcel had departed from the international sorting center yesterday evening.

Via the email you should have received upon shipping your order you should be able to keep an eye on your parcel.

Fantastic product for the price

Fantastic product for the price. Their website is easy to navigate and make an order. It took just over two weeks to receive the computer. I had read other reviews of people upset about this timing but I didn't mind as I was expecting it. The company were very quick to reply to my email asking for support as well. I will definitely by from them again.
The only point of feedback is that the shipping label on one of my products misspelt my address by one letter causing the product not to be delivered. I then had to contact the post office to fix it. But these things happen. I would recommend fur sure

The laptop arrived in Ireland in 6…

The laptop arrived in Ireland in 6 working days via dhl+fastway. I ordered the laptop before the new year and the delivery was fast, although a day late. I can't understand why there are so many bad reviews here. I will continue to order from paradigit.

Scammers, they stole 600 euros from me

Order CPU and return it back because order was wrong.
I have followed instructions from them and they told me to refuse order and they will take it from there.

I am currently waiting for one month, they are claiming order is lost and they are investigating where is the package.

I have dhl link saying that I refused the order and it was send back but for them that's not a proof.

Currently waiting for my money with no product.

1 month.

Ordered a pc case during Black friday…

Ordered a pc case during Black friday sales, 3 business days later I get an email telling me. They will send my order in 40 days. Now I missed black friday deals and can pay full price elsewhere.

Thanks for keeping track of your stock, not making the mistake of trusting this company with business again

I have to say that I am utterly…

I have to say that I am utterly disappointed. Ordered my 9800x3d on Paradigit as they claimed they have it in stock and order will be shipped on 13th of November. On 13th I have emailed them and they said they have no stock and it`ll be shipped on 20th of November, however today they said it'll be 25th of November... I am supposed to start my home office on the 11th, Kept dragging it out as I didn't want to buy a different CPU since 9800 was launching. They sell stock they don't have its ridiculous

Be aware of this company,keep away!!!!,I bought a graphics card for €690 and they took the money a few days after they sent me an email saying that my order had been cancel because the graphics card was out of stock,I checked their website and they had the card on stock but at the price of €800 ,as I said be aware of these scammers!!!

If you consider buying off Paradigits, You should reconsider

If you consider buying off Paradigits, expect your order to take 3-4 weeks. I ordered a few parts for my pc 2 weeks ago and still they havent shipped my items out yet. They are missing a case and said that it will arrive on 07/10/2024 but it still hasnt arrived to their warehouse. They will not refund until their shipment has arrived to their warehouse. They shouldnt have the item in stock if their warehouse takes 3-4 weeks to receive the item

Positive Experience

Saw security cameras on Paradigit.ie site for €450 which beat other online sites and Irish store prices. Was worried when I read negative reviews and also that price seemed too good. Phoned their number and talked to representative who said company was in Holland. Took a chance and ordered late on a Wednesday. Was kept up to date by email about tracking. Cameras arrived by post (€3.95 total) the following Monday. Really pleased with price, speed of delivery and quality of cameras.

They are just sellers, not professional people!!!
For Ryzen 7950x3d they don't want ad recommend by AMD liquid cooler, beacouse they have agreement with supplier to burnt of your CPU!!!!!
No guarantee!!!!!!

Great Customer service

Ordered a monitor from Paradigit, which subsequently was lost by DHL. Contacted customer service and once they followed up with DHL (which took quite some time, but I assume this was on DHLs side and not the store) they decided to offer me either a refund or a new monitor, of which I chose the latter. It was shipped out the same day, and included their optional buyer guarantee for piece of mind. This is a great shop for prices and very helpful customer service. Will most definitely be my first stop for any PC related products!

Ordered a Samsung galaxy Tab E for a…

Ordered a Samsung galaxy Tab E for a lot cheaper than 'Black Friday' deals advertised at the time.Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon. Got a text from DHL 7.30 Friday morning and it was here by 10.30. Speedy delivery.Bunched up brown paper used for package protection could be an issue for more delicate products.Overall very happy with process.If the product is defective,it won't be the suppliers fault as it isvfactory sealed.

Missing parcel

Well i ordered a rtx 3060 a Ryzen 5 5600x and a mag forge a120 pc case the 3060 and the r5 5600x came fine but the case wasn't included although it said in the slip it was

The case was meant to be shipped in a separate package that was never sent but is being sent now thanks for the quick reply to my needs still a bit of a mix up

Would not recommend

Ordered a laptop with 4-5 days delivery date, 4 weeks later and three calls to a very unhelpful customer service desk and still no sign of it. All I was told was "we are expecting delivery". After 4 weeks I requested a refund and was then told it would be in "our warehouse in Dublin the next day" I received a dispatch email and when I looked at the track and trace it has been in a distribution centre for three days in the Netherlands. Very disappointed and won't return any custom to them.

not receiving both the product and the refund

I bought a CPU from Paradigit Ireland, with an expected delivery time of 4-5 working days. I later found out that it’s a Dutch company and the package is being shipped from the Netherlands. It has now been 2 weeks, and the package is still with DHL in the Netherlands.

When I contacted Paradigit, they informed me that they are having issues with shipping and are waiting to resolve them with DHL before the package can be returned to their warehouse. I requested a refund, but they refused to issue it until they receive the package back.

Now, I’m left waiting without the product and without a refund. It seems they lack proper supply chain management and don’t respect their customers. I’m concerned that I won’t receive my money back.

Excellent service but wrong plug (FIXED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Ive seen alot of poor reviews for Komplett but took a chance on them. Ordered a laptop sunday. Arrived from Germany on Thursday. Full tracking online. Delivered by Fastway. Zero problems. Excellent service. Update: European plug in the box. No UK/Irish 3 pin version. Have been in contact with customer service, they replied within 24 hours and are sending repalcement.

First and last time I buy something…

First and last time I buy something from komplett. Ordered NZXT usb hub to finish my PC build. same day I ordered few things from UK website came withing 2 days. Its nearly a week now since order was placed and I get notification from DHL that my package was sent to wrong sorting office. I suppose another two days wait. Rang komplett asking for refund they wouldn't accommodate unless I don`t accept delivery. Load of nonsense if you ask me

Great value and service

I ordered a g7 monitor 5 days ago to be delivered to Ireland (only 3.95 euro) post. I received my monitor this morning..Apart from great value Iam impressed with the speed of delivery..
Won't go anywhere else for gaming stuff from now on....100% recommend

Ordered a Seasonic focus GX 1000W PSU

Ordered a Seasonic focus GX 1000W PSU. Shipping time to Ireland was quick enough (ordered on a Saturday evening, delivered the following Friday afternoon). While the product and the retail Seasonic branded packaging were in good condition, the box that was used to for courier service was not (bits of the box torn, which in turn caused the box to be half open due to the tape having no point of contact.)

Aside from the stated above quite happy with my purchase and definitely will consider purchasing from here again
