Good Experience
Initially, I had difficulty in placing the order online but I subsequently received an email from PatioHQ recognizing the difficulty I was having online and asking if they could be of assistance. I was suspicious at first thinking that it might be a scam, but once I realized that it was not, with PatioHQ's assistance, we got the matter cleared up and the order placed. Phone calls were exchanged and the person I dealt with couldn't have been any more helpful! Thank you! He explained to me how the ordering and purchasing process worked and provided me with a phone number where I could text or call him directly. It took a while to receive the chairs and I knew that going in when I placed the order but they were delivered as promised and at a price that was only slightly higher than what we paid several years ago from a local vendor for the same chairs.
