The service of patriot mobile is awful in our area. People it’s 2025!!! There’s no reason that the service should be spotty at all in north Texas!!! The only reasons I’m still with patriot mobile is 1: I work in customer service so I can’t change my number,2: I’m here because patriot mobile donates to conservative organizations! My two kids have straight talk from Walmart and have better service!!

My plan started out in the 49 dollar range. now its approaching 51 dollars. Im at 50.99 as of last billing. My service is the same as its always been. I can now get my same or better plan from other carriers. Please dont let my plan hit 51 dollars. I will start looking at your competition.

I wanted to switch to Patriot mobile but I procrastinated about it because I feared the switching over process would be difficult, boy was I wrong! The lady that helped me was so nice and walked me through everything and it was so easy! Don’t put off making the switch youll be glad you didn’t!

Getting away from ATT was my motivation. Anytime I need help from Patriot Mobile, I am thrilled to know I will be talking to a representative in the US. Coverage is excellent, and I haven't had any dropped calls. I have an older Samsung android phone and reception has been perfect. Knowing that my phone use is actually supporting patriots is a definite plus!

What started as a Rocky start because of the switch from AT&T eventually worked out. The customer service at Patriot was great. And now that I have received my first bill, I am really grateful! Even if you are not on a fixed budget, as I am, paying less for the same services plus some is satisfying

I’m very happy with Patriot Mobile. It’s about half the cost pre-month for better service than I had with my previous cell service. A huge plus and the main reason for switching to Patriot Mobile is their stand and support of the same values I have, such as stopping abortion, they support freedom of religion and many other great values that I firmly believe in. I’m proud to be a member of Patriot Mobile.

All seems to be going well with the service. I believe my problems of dropped calls has to do with Verizon. Several are experiencing that in this area--not just my phone and provider. At the onset of my becoming a Patriot Mobil Customer, they were friendly, helpful, and have saved me money. I have recommended them to friends.

I had a horrible time trying to get my old business landline phone number ported to Patriot Mobile cell phone. Patriot Mobile staff bend over backwards to try and make his happen. They were so kind, respectful and understanding of my situation. Eventually I ended up establishing a new mobile number with Patriot and moved forward with my new business. Thank you PM Staff!!!

I am so glad a friend recommended Patriot Mobile. Chris, Harrison and Ariana have all provided outstanding customer service. It was so easy to transfer my mobile phone to Patriot Mobile. Well, the people I dealt with were very good and considerate. I got somebody else to join but I don’t know if I got that $10 a month discount or not Marian Thornton was her name anyways patriot seems to be very good.

Patriot Mobile has exceeded
our expectations. It's good to know that as a business, PM does "business things." The quality of their product is on par with what we had before we switched. The price is MUCH lower that the previous company we used. The customer service was, and continues to be fantastic! And, by the way, PM gives every indication they are a Christian company. Their values and the causes they support match ours. May the Lord continue to bless Patriot Mobile!

Bottom line. don’t wait …. We have the best service EVER. And saving money too!!!! The flexibility for carriers, testing service was priceless. For years, I had to stand outside in a certain area to talk on my cell phone… I made the switch to patriot mobile because of their belief system… And discovered a whole new future with The Best Support and Coverage ever… still utilizing Att , T Mobile or Verizon. No extra cost to test all carriers.

Over the past 30 + years, we'd had AT&T and then we had Verizon. We've had Patriot Mobile for about a year. Customer service is second to none, and I can honestly say we've never had any issues. We get great service, coverage is NEVER an issue. This is customer service, company quality as I remember it. Thank you!!!!!

I had been thinking about switching our phone service from one of the big companies for a while. I began seeing/hearing about Patriot mobile. I like that it is a company that shares my values but was unsure of how the coverage would be. So far, it has been great - actually better coverage in my house than the big provider & so much cheaper! So happy that I made the switch. I'm telling everyone about it.

I’m very happy switching to Patriot Mobile. We were with AT&T for more than 20 years largely because of my corporate enrollment but no longer have the anchor, we’re able to choose our own provider and very very happy to be with Patriot.

My phone service is consistently good. The times I have called customer service, they have all been courteous, very helpful, easy to understand, and have solved whatever issue I had and answered all my questions.

Customer service is terrific! I called with a weird issue that occurred when I requested to switch network/towers. Angelica was absolutely amazing in getting it all figured out and squared away.

I really appreciate the Christ centered approach of your company. To know that some of the money we pay to have the use of a phone in the 21st century is at least being put to a few good causes. While it's true you do have to pay for the use of the towers so they( meaning worldly companies) still get paid too at least SOME of the money is out of their hands.
