Put in an order for a custom PC, after over 3 months of trying to contact them by phone, email, and house call I managed to get it refunded. Still no reply from them whatsoever. Buy from here if you want to risk getting scammed.

Customer service is non-existent. They provide 2 phone numbers on their website and an email. They do not reply to any emails and do not answer phone calls. Instead of answering the phone, they switch it off and it goes straight to voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback and taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT BUY from this place.

Had a very similar problem to Anna on this thread. I placed an order for a custom gaming PC with PCZone.ie at the end of July, after emailing a few queries and then calling and speaking to a member of staff who reassured me.
I sent a follow up email about software and settings which was replied to pretty quickly.
Over the last week I asked for a confirmation of delivery date after the 12 day ETA passed with no news.
Company did contact me, apologized for delays and gave an explanation of exceptional circumstances, then paid a full refund.
Can’t exactly recommend but it turned out less badly than I feared it would.
A third party reviewed the spec of the PC I ordered and said it was good and the price was very competitive.

Avoid at all costs, bought a pc 10 months ago having been recommended them by a friend. Not long after I bought mine my friends PSU stopped working, he got it replaced privately. 2 weeks ago i turned on my pc, heard a hissing sound and saw smoke start to pour from the back. I immediately turned the PC off and tried to contact PcZone as there is a “2 year warranty”. All of my contact attempts have been ignored, I’ve tried emails, phone calls, texts and left voicemails, the phone has been on and off so my attempts have been seen by dimitri. This PSU failure (which could have started a fire) is similar to what happened to my friend, so not only is your man fitting dodgy parts, but he isn’t standing over his warranty. I have lodged it with the small claims court and am awaiting their response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I came across PC Zone by complete accident while research the various selection of gaming PC's. I can fully say that the service I received was of very high quality and the constant communication between myself and Dmitrij was extremely. The PC I bought came very well packaged and was simple to setup. I mainly use it for high powered gaming and it does the job fantastically. I would fully recommend PC Zone to a friend.

Dmitrij is fantastic to deal with, Intel I9 issue affected my PC from Dmitrij, he has offered to take it back and repair it, no problem. However, it is Intel's known problem so I got an RMA from intel and will return for a replacement. Not a PCZone issue but great that Dmitrij was willing to take it and repair it. Can't recommend PCZone.ie highly enough.

I paid €3,000 for a PC, no one answers or picks up the phone. i contacted humm. if they don't solve it this week, I will contact a lawyer.

I ordered my first gaming desktop computer from this company as I was too afraid to build my own. The product arrived around the time I expected and was easy to setup aside from some minor issues which were quickly resolved over the phone. Games and other applications are running flawlessly with no issues after tweaking some settings too. Highly recommend!

Although there was a problem with the monitor, looked like the packaging had been in a rugby scrum, Dmitrij dealt with the matter extremely quickly and efficiently. Everything is now working and very satisfactorily. Some of the 'big concerns' could take a lesson on customer service from PC Zone. Thanks for everything Dmitrij.

Found Pczone very helpful, excellent value and will recommend to everyone I know.
Found the website user friendly, easy to navigate.
Found the customer care excellent, could not make the pick up due to work commitments so pczone delivered to my door.
Build was ordered on the 3rd of October and delivered on the 6th October, very efficient.
He upgraded parts from the original build to suit my machine and all within budget.
When it comes time to upgrade Pczone will be my number 1 choice.
Overall very happy with the experience and my PC.

Delivery service near to delivered to the wrong address
I had to intercept the delivery driver to get my package
it was clearly you can see my name and address
printed on the package.

I would highly recommend this company
if you're buying custom PC.

I was told in the email that what I ordered will arrive between 7-12 days and now its been more than that and still nothing, no communication through email, no one answers on their contact information so please be aware if you are going to purchase from this that you will most likely experience this.

Had problem with faulty ram, dimitri was superb on the phone trying to troubleshoot problem, after we isolated the problem as the ram, dimitri arranged courier pick up next morning..{7.00am!!} He put new better ram in and shipped it back all for free?? Superb after sales and major companys should take note! Thanks Dimitri.

First class service from the beginning. I explained to Dmitrij what I needed computer for and he offered me a custom build within my budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and have already recommended them to friends. They are extremely helpful and and I will be back to them again if I am ever upgrading. Computer was delivered within 24hours of purchase, extremely well wrapped and protected.

I am really sorry to say but i have a very bad experience. I bought a pc that cost me nearly two and half grand and yet i received just average pc.
First off all when i bought this pc the primary issue was display adapter issues with the graphics driver. This happened to me on the very first day i received my pc. Then all off sudden i got the display connection to my brand new asus monitor. I emailed them immediately about the issue but they said it might be display port wire or graphics update. So i went to harvey norman and bought new one and try updating to driver when i had the connection and then again the system broke down and i lost the display connection getting black screen with display port no signal on the screen. I was extremely frustrated. Then they offered yo take it back and fix it. Despite the repair process, the problem persists, and the computer continues to exhibit the same symptoms as before. This failure to rectify the core issue has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. Then they said they changed to graphics driver and put another new one however i still see this problem every now and then.
After the graphics driver was changed i start hearing scratching sound from the pc and i again immediately emailed Dimitri he didnt help me much with that. So stay like that for a while and didny do much while still getting display port no signal issue.
Now for the last two days again i dont have any signal to my monitor. I tried using new cable no luck. I used hdmi cable to my monitor and laptop no issue with that i got signal from laptop to monitor. But when i used the same hdmi cable no luck and same with my tv as well.
Now they stop responding my emails. I was on the phone last time and he wasn't pleasant and he tried to make a point that i am doing something to the pc and blaming on them.
All i have asked is to fix the issue permanently or can i have please kindly have my money back and find another company.

Just bought a new PC build with Dimitrij. He was extremely helpful with any questions prior to sale and equally helpful with after sales support, (The little that was needed). Product was superb and priced very competitively. For anyone looking for a PC of any sort I would not recommend anybody else.

I bought a PC off these lads and received it about a week ago. They are so good at what they do and they are so responsive. With the virus going on I was really itching to get it and had some questions about the PC it self, Dimitrij responded wether it was me being curious about the delivery or a question about the pc specs. All in all great experience with these lads and I’ll shop here again.
