I asked 7 times about carbs in their diet plan as I'm a type 1 diabetic. I have it in writting that their plan is okay for diabetics, which made my mind up so paid. Within 2 days realised this wasn't the case so asked for a refund which, still hasn't as yet been recieved.
Easy enough to negotiate and having the chance to try the diet before spending too much is a real bonus. I need to know if it is a system I can stick to long enough to have an affect.
With this app, I have finally found a fitness routine that works for me. The variety of exercises keeps things interesting and I am making steady progress.
Perfect Body app provides great for my fitness journey. The detailed plans and progress tracking are exactly what I needed to stay committed.

I feel so much better after using this app. My breast looks firmer and my tops fit differently. I used to feel like my body was not changing but now I see results. It is amazing how small workouts can do so much.
