prompt, reliable

A long standing print scan issue was resolved in a short time. I found the technical expertise to be first rate. The techs wasted no time finding and solving the issue.

Each person spoken to was courteous and able to answer my questions promptly and correctly.

Highly recommended service.

I recently had CEMC install hispeed…

I recently had CEMC install hispeed internet and networking. I then had some problems with the function of my computer and connection. Due to me having a MAC I was ignored by most services. THIS service jumped right in and started looking for the problem. They found the problem, repaired it, and now I am back in business again. Thank You!!!!!!

The techs were amazing in helping us…

The techs were amazing in helping us solve our printer/computer issues. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our problems in a most expeditious manner! We are so grateful.

Huge thanks for amazing help The two people I spoke to were…

The two people I spoke to were friendly, very knowledgeable, and above all very patient with my slowness in old age (92). They did what seemed magical things, and whether the outcome of their current suggestion was good or not, they always knew what to do next. I take it that their expert knowledge is not confined to the HP Envy 6000e, in which case it must be huge! I owe them a huge debt of gratitude: thank you, thank you.

The two gentlemen !

The two gentlemen who helped me were very couteous and helpful. I at times couldn't understand them as they talked to fast and had strong accents. Thety definately knew what they were doing.
