Good easy to follow eating plan, 20 min wall Pilates challenging but doesn’t take up too much time. Daily tips give you useful reminders of what you need to do to achieve your goals

It got me motived to move

It got me motived to move, helped with my back and hip issues. Tried to get me to eat healthier but I have textual issues with some foods but am working toward getting better at eating healthier. Love some of the recipes and want to try others that interested me. Plan on renewing.

Great simple but challenging Pilates…

Great simple but challenging Pilates workouts. Clear instructions and options for leveling. I wish they better marked timing (when to switch sides, for example). Lots of tracking options, great recipes, info if you want it. Voice-over on workouts is mechanical and mispronounces words, but no big deal. Quality app, no glitches or errors.

This program great easy to follow great…

This program great easy to follow great recipes great team support lots of ideas the fitness tracker offers lots of different ways to keep fit. I love that I can add menus and swap them to. There’s lots of excellent suggestions and support to keep you going it’s a must try for people who’s struggling to loose the weight and keep it off. Would definitely recommend it.

Worth it, Get after it LADIES!!

Great, short, targeted workouts! I appreciate the modifications and extension suggestions. One idea that would help me is the be able to star or favorite workouts I want to add to my quick repeat without having to search or remember which one… otherwise this is precisely what I need for my hectic busy work and family schedule.

The application has been well thought…

The application has been well thought out. It is very easy to use and friendly. The exercices are various, accessible for everyone and well explained. The video with a real teacher are helpful to do correctly. 20min it is the good balance to make effective training without discouraging yourself and integrate in your busy life. Also the meals proposed depending of the moment of the day and the functionality to follow your consumption of water are so helpful. I am very happy to discover this application which help me everyday.

I’m just using the workout part of the…

I’m just using the workout part of the app at the moment. I like the pace of the exercises and the fact that they target different muscles each day. I also like the fact that I can do the exercises wherever I am and don’t need a lot of space.

I’m disappointed with this app

I’m disappointed with this app. The advertising for the 3 month Wall Pilates program did not inform me that I would only get 30 workouts. Once you have finished the workouts, you can move to other shorter non Pilates workouts or you can repeat the 30 workouts provided. I assumed that as time went on the workouts would advance as your fitness level progressed. The app does not provide the ability to use Airplay so you can only use your mobile to watch the workouts. It has locked up frequently as well. I do not recommend this app. Also charged in USD which is also not well communicated.

Avoid this service at all costs

Avoid this service at all costs! I signed up but canceled immediately because it just wasn't for me. They promised a money-back guarantee, but that turned out to be nothing more than a deceptive claim. Despite canceling, they went ahead and deducted three additional payments from my account. I'm warning you—DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!

I think this program and app are great

I think this program and app are great. It’s the first time I kinda follow almost fully and the possibility to see the pictures of the recipes is great. The bad thing is that there was a week that I could not see my plan at all which was really disappointing. This week is happening the same thing. I deleted the app and downloaded several times and the problem goes on. It’s a bit tired to keep trying to find a solution because it’s always the same and nothing happens. Nevertheless, congratulations because the idea and format are excellent.

The app waUseful at First, But Becomes Monotonouss very useful during the…

The app was very useful during the first two weeks; however, it becomes monotonous after that. There are no updates, with no more than seven training options to choose from. Additionally, there is no ongoing support from the team, aside from the occasional post on Facebook.

I follow the menus

I follow the menus. I like that it provides delicious recipes and cooking directions. I have lost 6 lbs since I started earlier this month. I do a routine exercise program, per doctor's request, on my treadmill because I have a blocked artery near my knee so don't the exercise videos yet.

The app was great but when I realised I had accidently subscribed and been charged for 3 months Jessica at customer service was really fast and friendly and sorted me out a refund. love the content, but hate the customer support

I love the content. It was in manageable bites, and I really enjoyed it. Would have said 5 stars, but the renewal process was terrible. It said I was renewed when it wasn't , not sure if the charge went through, customer support said it did, then didn't...etc. Just a hassle. I wanted to quit, but like I said , the content is really good. Customer service...not so much. Plus the prices are all over the place. The phone says one thing, online it's something else, and the customer service rep gave yet another price. Frustrating and not very helpful.

I love the foods but few areas for…

I love the foods but few areas for improvement. Have it link to fitness pal would be a plus. We you want to replace a meal be able to search all recipes, not just the ones for the week. If I buy chicken, I like to use it up the next night with a different recipe, not the same one. Add grams measurements to recipe so that I am 100% accurate on portion. This guarantees that I’m hitting my calorie deficit.

Amazing Program focusing on healthy eating for life!

I signed up for RH because it was advertised as a wall Pilates exercise app but I didn’t remember that it talked much about healthy eating and weight loss. I signed up. While the Pilates part isn’t the greatest, I’m blown away by the RH weight loss program. I was asked to answer questions about me and my goals. What I got was WONDERFUL daily meal plans eating regular foods that I love! The recipes are easy and quick. Food tastes delicious and is colorful. I have even introduced fish into our dinners twice a week that I never had the confidence to prepare before. My husband is hoping to drop 20 and me 12 lbs. Along with walking daily 40-60 minutes and strength training 3 days week. We have both lost 4 lbs in 4 weeks. We have even eaten out and used the meal plans ideas to help use choose from the menu. I also take advantage of easily switching out meals with other options. So glad I found RH. It really is more learning to eat healthy and portion size than a diet!!!

Buyer beware when cancelling…

Buyer beware when cancelling subscription. Will ask if you are sure multiple times and will continue to try to sell to you. Cancelled and answered yes to when asked if I was sure. They offered a bundle at a discounted price which I declined.
Charge for next 3 months posted to my account 2 days later after midnight. Contacted RH for a refund. They will not issue credit and are still trying to sell me a package.

1 I am from Spain. Meals are inadequate

1 I am from Spain. Most of the recipes are not exactly my culture, bit Mexican, a country and people I do appreciate but that does not mean I must become Mexican.
2 After the huge amount of questions you have made at the beginning, I do not think this has been generated for someone my profile.
3 I make much more exercise than your suggested training plan. Why can't I add It so that I can see my real progress in the app and not have to take note myself on ant other resorces and tell myself your advice and nótese are wrong because you lack information?
