Don't set timings if you cant!

I booked a cruise, and it took me several times to get somebody to call me back, and beg me to book with them. With hindsight, I could have booked directly with Cunard. As Emma was the first one to answer my inquiry, nobody could help or take care of your booking. The worst bit is being promised they will call you back within 2,5,10,3 minutes which none of this had happened. I just wish they were more professional and didn't promise clients and set timings. It took me almost the whole day to ever do the booking which I am now kind of regretting.

We booked with ROL for an Ambassador…

We booked with ROL for an Ambassador themed legend cricketing and sportsmen cruise on the Ambience ship. The embarkation was the best embarkation we’ve ever been on. The ship was brilliantly decorated for the festive period. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom, however, was a challenge being one of the smallest we’ve ever encountered. All in all we had a fantastic 7 days and we all would recommend one of these themed cruises.

Disappointment turned to delight.

Very disappointed when I called the message said they had closed early but was delighted when Jo called to say they were open and I booked my cruise.

Good people to deal with

Good people to deal with, the cruise price quoted looks to be good value, only time will tell of course. had several conversations with Ben Knowles, very helpful, very knowledgeable and most important of all lots of patience.
And because of that he received two bookings for two excellent cruises.

Can’t trust their advertising

So disappointed as the advertised cruise in the Times was literally a third more expensive when we phoned to get the deal the day of the advertisement. Clearly not to be trusted.

Fed Up With Emaild

Does their unsubscribe to emails button not work. I have been unsubscribing for 2-3 weeks now and I am still getting emails. It puts me off using them in the future.
