My plans changed

My plans changed, and I needed to make modifications to my booking. The company was able to resolve the issue for me, although it took a few hours to sort it out.

This made me a bit nervous, but the staff were polite and professional, doing their best to reassure me. Thank you for resolving the matter!

i use macos and encountered an issue…

i use macos and encountered an issue with safari recently. starting from late june, certain buttons on websites suddenly became unresponsive - they wouldn't register any clicks. reloading the page temporarily solved the issue. initially uncertain about the cause, i contacted support and learned that other users were experiencing similar problems, which they were actively addressing. apparently, it wasn't isolated to just my system but affected other mac users as well. thankfully, as of early july, the problem seems to have been resolved. here's hoping it stays smooth sailing from now on!

I really liked the individual approach. at least it seemed so to me. I had a rather specific request so I am glad that everything was quite flexible and I managed to choose what suits me best according to my budget
