Unbelievable experience

Unbelievable experience. Ordered in the evening and received next day in the morning. Everything from choice of the rugs, checkout, given additional discount coupon worked flawlessly. Plus got rug for 1/2 of the price compare to other websites.

The exchange and return policies at Rug…

The exchange and return policies at Rug Direct are terrible. Buyers must incur all shipping costs (which amount to well over $100) for most rugs). When I called Rug Direct to find out my options, I was told they would offer a 15% discount on another purchase. That amount doesn’t even come close to covering half of the shipping cost. I will send the rugs back that I planned to exchange and buy similar ones from
One of the many online retailers who have flexible and customer-centric policies.

Misleading practices

Rug pad offered as add-on purchase at checkout said that they “selected the right pad size for your rug”. In reality, it was too small on one dimension and too long on the other. While the too long size could be trimmed “from the edge for a perfect fit”, this doesn’t apply to the too short side. The website is very misleading and they would not provide a refund or return.

As pictured and great delivery time.

Most important to me were the colors and the depth of the pile. Everything was 100 percent right on, the same as I saw when ordering on line. Sometimes colors do not come through accurately but these sure did and the depth of the pile allows my door to open, which is important.

Great service

Delivery was delayed so I called cust service. Very nice woman answered the call and was told she would look into it and e-mail me back. Received an answer in about 2 hours as to the problem. The rug was shipped the next day and arrived 2 days later. great service, price, and stunning rug.

Beautiful but sheds A LOT

This rug is so beautiful, but it sheds SO MUCH!! I thought it would be ok as it is in a high traffic area and it would get worn quickly and stop but no…it’s been 3 months and no signs of stopping. I will have to replace it (would love to get guidance from rugs direct on what specific skus/options are a similar aesthetic but with no shedding involved)

Great Experience of Rug Purchase

The experience from order to delivery was very good.
Customer Service kept us informed of the status through daily emails.
The rug is 8 x 10 and was packaged great.
The rug is exactly as described and very pretty. The colors show up more after vacuuming daily for the first few days.
Shipping was trackable through FedEX from their receipt of product to actual delivery.

Beautiful rug

The indoor/outdoor rug is beautiful, great quality, and just as advertised on the website. Delivery was fast, however, delayed several times by the shipping company. This inconvenienced me, as I had to pick the rug up from the closest pick up point and the rug was heavy.

I liked the rugs. The pads were too large

I was pleased with both of the rugs I ordered. However, the suggested deluxe pad for each were too large and had to be cut to size to fit. I did not see any information advising me that that would be the case. Thank goodness I have a husband that was able to assist me

Love love this rug!!

Love love this rug. It’s the fourth one I’ve had in this spot. Hopefully it will be the last one!! It has all my colors and it’s very well made. The corners also did not stick up making it a trafficking hazard, the corners laid down perfectly. It was interesting that it was sent in a huge rectangle box rather than a roll. I’m wondering if that had anything to do with that problem. After a day it has settled in and we are enjoying it. Thank You!

Carpet came very quickly

Carpet came very quickly. While it does shed (to be expected with a wool carpet), shedding is pretty minimal and the carpet is even nicer than the picture!
