Jen absolutely fabulous got a renewal from LV with an extortionate increase 1 claim in 5years phoned LV they said that’s the way it is . Was put through to Jen at Safe and Secure . Jen found an almost like for like at more than half the price of my renewal . Thank you fabulous lady very friendly approachable knowledgeable and great service highly recommended. Jasvinder was really patient and understanding. He talked me through my options, returned calls and emails and understood my anxiety of changing providers. He took time to make sure I understood what I was signing up for, explained terminology that I was not familiar with and patiently explained the process and what ould happen. Me and my partner have recently purchased a house and we were recommended Safe&Secure for our buildings insurance. We dealt with Hayley specifically and she was amazing.
