Telephone support from SCG

We have been with SCG for our telephone and internet systems a few years now. I recently needed help with a few settings and features. Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting guiding me through our settings. What is especially good is that we get through to a real person and don't have to deal with a chat bot. Highly recommended.

Devon was patient with me as I am not a…

Devon was patient with me as I am not a techy. He phoned me on time and called me back later as requested. I would advise checking Router Model at start of call as this would have saved a lot of set up time - it is crucial to insert ethernet cable into correct port. I assumed they knew which router they had sent me. All set up, took a bit of time - but up and running. Thank you

Really helpful

Ben Pennifold did a great job of getting me back online again, after I lost the account on my authenticator app after changing my handset. He made it very easy and stayed on the line to talk me through each step.

Seamless set up and exceptional service!

I had the pleasure of working with Claurice and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service she provided from start to finish. SCG all the way

My company switched to SCG over 2 years ago and we've never looked back. They always match other providers but best of all is their customer service. You can't put a price on always being able to reach an account manager with a call or email. Chantelle has always delivered for us and never fails affect change swiftly and successfully.

Our company recently had to move phone…

Our company recently had to move phone systems and neeed to port over our existing number. Gerda Ivanauskaite was friendly and absolutley amazing in getting our phone system up and running, nothing was an issue and she was very well educated in what needed to be done. The change over was swift and any issues that arose were sorted quickly. This is the kind of service every business should strive to achieve!
Brilliant service and so glad we have joined SCG.

Having broken my laptop

Having broken my laptop, I require urgent assistance to install my emails on my new laptop. Time is very important. Linda picked this up and speedily updated all the relevant information, I am very happy with the support received.

Nothing is a problem to this company they are always there when required no matter how trivial your problem might be. I find that Riaan Kent-Brown is fully switched on when providing advice and rectifying technical problems whenever they may arise.

Eliza was brilliant from start to…

Eliza was brilliant from start to finish. We needed to cancel some phone numbers that had been ordered years ago and forgotten about as they are now surplus to requirements. She guided me thought the whole process very professionally. The only slight niggle I had was receiving an automated email per phone number that was cancelled. Could you not send an email per job rather than number?

Great company

I’ve been doing business with SCG for a few years now, the service has always been 1st class. There is great value on mobile contracts, high quality broadband services and fixed line software solutions. Tom and his team always provide great customer service and are always on hand to assist. I would highly recommend this company.
