Kyle has been absolutely amazing

Kyle has been absolutely amazing. He always gets back to me same day with any questions I might have. He is also just a pure joy to speak with on the phone even when he is sick. You have a great asset on your team!

Didn't send filters or set up utilities effectively

I had to set up some utilities myself after finding that they hadn't been set up after several days after requesting them. The promised filter service didn't bother asking what size filter my rental uses until I asked why my filter was late. They had two months to reach out while taking money from me through my landlord. Even then, they took another week to send it, even though they knew it was overdue. I asked why they never reached out to me or my landlord, and they didn't bother to reply. They got a second star for getting me a better deal for my Internet than I had had previously.

Well this is now the third time getting…

Well this is now the third time getting damaged air filters. I had them switch to DHL delivery but now I'm back to Fedex. A simple fix would be to have FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARE on their boxes and I received my email notice for tracking on July 24th and just received my DAMAGED air filters on August 12th. So 19 days later and now I'm waiting again for replacement air filters. Who knows how long that will take and I'm so allergic to dust. Responsive but poorly run company. USE THE WORDS FRAGILE or HANDLE WITH CARE on your air filter boxes!!

I have mild asthma.....

I have mild asthma and recently moved from Washington state to southern Oregon. The climate in Oregon is somewhat drier and dustier than the Puget Sound region in Washington. I love having my furnace filters delivered on a regular basis, knowing that my home's air circulation is always being efficiently filtered. Also, that I'm getting clean, filtered ice and water from my fridge with a clean filter every few months. Thanks, guys!!!!

A huge Thank You

The Doctor introduced me to Second Nature as I have a high blood sugar count. I have been thrilled to find such great support and have learned so much about reading food labels, planning meals and organising a healthy lifestyle. I am sleeping better, drinking less coffee and feeling healthier after only a short while. Many thanks to all who have made this possible.

Make life a little easier on yourself...

If you own a home, you know that there is a constant list of things you have to do on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis. It's great not having to remember to go out and buy a furnace filter replacement every 3 months, when it shows up at my door, I know it's time to change it. I also like that Second Nature includes refrigerator water filters, another thing I don't have to worry about.

Super Convenient!

Super Convenient for changing your filters on a regular schedule, same price you would pay at the store but they’re shipped directly to your house so you don’t have to remember when was the last time you changed them. Also great for odd sized filters that are normally hard to find or require trying multiple home improvement stores! All around great company to do business with!

An excellent subscription service for those who need a reminder to change their filters!

I am an incredibly forgetful person. I'm embarrassed to even say how long I've gone between changing my air filters. Getting them shipped to me reminds me to change them on a schedule and I've noticed a remarkable difference in how often I need to dust. I love that they also have less common sizes as both my filters are difficult to find in store. I recommend this subscription service to everyone.

No forgetting to "remember to change the furnace filters" any longer!

Before I found Second Nature, I would buy a 6 pack of filters, and always forget to actually install the new one each month. A 6 pack could last be 2-3 Years, causing obvious harm to our home and not helping to keep it clean. Now with the Auto Shipment option, I change the filters ever month when the filters arrive. Our home it healthier and cleaner thanks to Second Nautre.

Clean Air for a Healthy Home

If we've learned anything in the Covid-era, it should be the importance of clean air. Its good for your HVAC and its good for your lungs. One of the best things you can do is change your filters regularly. A subscription from Second Nature takes having to remember when out of the equation. Filter arrives on schedule and you install it when you receive it. Keeps your equipment running and keeps the air you are breathing cleaner.

I use second nature for heat/air & refrigerator

I use second nature for heat/air filter and water filter for refrigerator. The filters are always high quality and fit like they are supposed to. The filters also work like they are supposed to. You can custom set the dates for your specific needs. For me, it is every other month for heat/air and every six months for refrigerator water filter. Then I never forget to replace them because it is always time to do so when they arrive. The pricing is competitive with the market. I love the second nature experience!

"it's not economical to refund you"

Customer support is a joke. They don't email you before shipments are made so I emailed in to get it canceled right after I was emailed about it being shipped and they responded with this.

"Thanks for reaching out. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Once your order processes and ships we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns. As our main expense is shipping, it is simply not economical."

Second Nature Insurance Company is pure…

Second Nature Insurance Company is pure trash. I was told by second Nature and also provided written response. They finally uploaded my rental agreement. On February 2nd I received an email from Atrium Mgmt and now I do not have rental insurance. What I am trying to wrap my mind around is How can you have insurance and accepted by Nature Insurance and now that’s not good. When you talk to the property management all I get attitude along with a table spoon of Nasty

No more forgetting to grab a filter…

No more forgetting to grab a filter from the store - let alone which one when you have an "odd" size that's a little hard to find stock of sometimes. No more dismissing the calendar reminder on my phone (by accident sometimes), thinking I'll do it that night. For me, that physical reminder of a box on the porch is well worth the extra dollar or two it is compared to grabbing one from the store. The quality of the filters have been on par, or even slightly better than any I've gotten in the past. I definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Pay $150.00 for imaginary filters lol

I just find out this company charge me 3 times already when I cancel everything from them 8 months ago because I never received not even one filter that’s why I cancel it from the beginning so I’m out almost $150.00 hope my credit card company came get some or all my money back what a bunch of thieves!!!!!!

I joined Second Nature in October and…

I joined Second Nature in October and in the first year I lost about 2Stone, but more than that…..I felt healthier, I was sleeping better, I felt stronger, fitter, lighter, and less stressed.

Service started out great and has…

Service started out great and has slowly declined. We are going on 2 months without our filters being delivered. We are set up for monthly delivery. Never received our September filters and now we are almost out of October and still no filters. There is zero way to actually talk to someone to address issues over the phone. They have no problem charging my credit card monthly though.

This is such a helpful service

This is such a helpful service. There's so much on the ol' to-do list and it's easy to forget little maintenence things like changing the air filters. As someone with allergies/chronic sinus issues, I can't afford to go without regularly changing the filters. Second Nature keeps me on track!
