I tried to order flowers for my girlfriend. The price said 31,99 + 2,99 same day delivery which i thought was a fair price. but when i try to pay with paypal it tries to charge 58,99. If you dont look close you could get scammed. Same with their other website Fromyouflowers. Stay away

I recently ordered potted plants for my aunt’s birthday, expecting it to match the images and description on website. However, when the plants were delivered, I was extremely disappointed to see that they looked nothing like the ones advertised.The pot was different. Failed Flower Delivery
I ordered flowers for same day delivery for my mom’s birthday. Unfortunately, the flowers were unable to be delivered due to the local vendor (florist) not having the time to crate the bouquet and deliver it. I was agitated but I understood. Customer service then told me I would get the same day delivery fee refunded to my account (which it did) since the delivery was unable to be made. They told me that my order would be delivered the next day to which I discovered didn’t happen either. After talking to customer service again, they said that they couldn’t locate a florist but that it would be guaranteed delivery the next day as they found one for the next day. It is now the next day and so far, no flowers have been delivered. I contacted customer support again and instead of giving me the usual, quick response of they were unable to be delivered today, I was told that the local vendor was checking their delivery receipts and that Send Flowers would contact me with verification that the delivery was made. So, it’s possible that it could be delivered today, but as of now, no flowers have been delivered. I understand that this is not Send Flowers fault but rather the lack of florists available, but it is very disappointing that the flowers didn’t show up for my mom’s birthday. Customer service has been great and very understanding.

They apologized and refunded $17 a day later and said they would send the flowers. They did not send the flowers. Finally they refund full but no flowers

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend funeral service but, they weren’t able to deliver it on that specific date. They gave no reason other than they could not deliver it. I prefer to give them “No Stars” but I had to give them 1 to be able to place this review. Wished I seen these reviews before I ordered. Don’t use this company!

The flowers came one order didn’t have the main flower and the other order looked shabby. No wonder they have to pay for their ADs!!!! Cause their service aren’t doing it! Never delivered the flowers. I called at end of day. Said they would give me 20% discount and deliver tomorrow. Anniversary was today. Tomorrow is too late. They then tried to haggle with me about my money! Said, 30 % refund, and deliver tomorrow. This continued until finally they stopped!

Terrible Customer Service. Undelivered 3 days in a Row!
I placed an order for a $60 arrangement to be delivered on Wednesday, 2/12/25, for my daughter for Valentine's Day to her job. I ordered early to reduce the chance of them being later than she worked. They did not arrive! I called at 7:30 at night, 2 and a half hours AFTER their 5PM cutoff time for businesses, to ask what happened. They refunded about $20 and said they would be delivered the next day. Again, they missed the mark. I called again and they assured me the delivery would happen on Friday the 14th, Valentine's Day. Again, they missed the mark. I had to call on Saturday the 15th for a refund of the remainder of what I paid. At least I got that. HOWEVER, they ruined the surprise I had intended for my daughter, I had to call several times for the same issue, their phone system is terrible, and their CS reps are obviously ESOL (English as a second Language). They didn't offer any type of future discount for the screw up, but I honestly wouldn't have used it as I will NEVER use this company again for flower delivery. I suggest sticking with calling the florist direct in the future.

The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I paid extra to ensure my mother’s flower arrangement arrived on Valentine’s Day. At 8pm tonight they changed the estimated shipping date to 2/15. I called, spent over an hour on the phone and was offered $19 dollars as a refund. That’s not even a refund of the full shipping expense. They also do some mental gymnastics insisting that any discount on the original order is part of the refund. Absolutely awful. Avoid.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day today, paid extra for a box of chocolates and also the extra for the delivery charge to deliver it on Valentines Day - seems pretty simple to understand or so you would think….but they don’t seem to be a company that delivers anything and just takes your money without ever having any intention of doing so…
I had the displeasure of speaking to someone via their live chat service called Saad, who was utterly useless and could really do with someone in management either offering them a refresher course in how to actually do their job correctly, or simply get rid of them from the role altogether. All they do is send auto responses back and can’t deviate from a scripted response offering customers literally no support whatsoever and can’t read or write in correct English.
They couldn’t arrange the delivery of the items ordered and couldn’t provide any update other than “Sorry for the inconvenience caused, I will look into this for you now” even when the question was something simple like “Will this order be delivered today - yes or no?”
Needless to say the only way to resolve this issue is just for them to offer a full refund and not assist their customers in any way at all.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They will not deliver anything on time regardless of how much extra you pay and all they will do is offer a refund when the order doesn’t arrive in time.
I will never use this company and Google should seriously remove them from their site as they are horrifically awful!!!

Great Job!
Ordered before reading reviews. Thought I made a mistake after I placed the order. Im glad my order was not like the reviews I previously saw. The order was completely great, and on-time. The tracking does not work. Ordered them around 10am the day before and they showed up around 11am today. The flowers I ordered are the flowers I got. The website subcontracted the flowers depending on your local area. Everything worked well! My flowers were ordered on sendflowers.com but bowkay designs in keller made and delivered the flowers and did a beautiful job.
