I called to order new casters for the chairs used at our kitchen table. I was looking for a type that would treat our hardwood floor more kindly. I spoke with Luis Montalvo and told him what I needed. He stated that he thought the stem size I had specified was incorrect and asked me to verify the size. He was absolutely correct- I needed the size he recommended. He could have simply taken my order as originally specified, but made the extra effort to make sure I got what I needed.

I have invented what I call the "CNC Mega Roller". It rotates cylindrical items up to 36 inches in diameter under a CNC controlled plasma torch. I looked all over trying to find an appropriate drive wheel for this. I located exactly what I need at service casters. I have always received excellent service from Service Caster.

After I researched the availability and quality of casters for a lift I ordered a set from Service Casters because they had the best price and good reviews. I had ordered 4 sets (of 4) casters and only received 1 set. So I called Service Caster Corp. They looked up my order and realized they had not sent the other 3 sets and said they would get them out that day. And they delivered!! Would HIGHLY recommended this company if you need casters for your furniture. And the quality is top notch!!
