Hi, I had my first Botox experience, which I performed at the Smooth clinic... the procedure lasted around 30 minutes with a lot of explanations, patience and attention... I am very satisfied and delighted with the procedure and a let's come back with love for the retouch... Aaaand I want to specify that Gullan is the best at what she does... many thanks Gulla

I went for my fourth appointment a couple of days ago and so far my experience has been mostly positive and I have seen some results. The treatment I got from Silke the last time I went was however greatly above my expectations that I thought she deserved a review! She got an eye for the small details and really knows how to make the client feel comfortable:)) So to sum it up: I'd recommend this clinic in general, but especially if you can get a time with Silke!

I've been doing the laser hair removal and I can't be happier with my results. I'm literally telling all my friends because it's not only the effectiveness of the technology at Smooth, but also their incredible service.

I give a special shout out to Sif Bach in Frederiksberg who has been so sweet, friendly and professional. I feel truly comfortable on her hands and can't recommend her enough.

Went for permanent hair removal. Silke was great and made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time. She checked in with me at all times to make sure I was ok. I didn't think permanent hair removal would be a pleasant experience but it was here. Great place!

My experience with Smooth is just amazing! Tamara has been my person there from the beginning to the end. She is super observant, professional and very kind. We had a few consultations on the way to evaluate the progress. Every session was really good, she was always well prepared and focused, made me feel comfortable and made sure we are doing the best we can. Smooth is a cozy place with lovely people around, I enjoy every visit and never had issues with getting an appointment when it works for me.

This was my second session with Dajra in Aalborg and I only have good things to say. She was very helpful, made me feel comfortable, seemed to know how to do her job well and was friendly and nice! Overall, great experience, absolutely recommend! :) Bonus points: affordable

I have been in three times now in the Aarhus clinic with Sonja and have only positive things to say! The experience is made to feel comfortable for people who are new to laser hair removal, and I absolutely love that they constantly check in to make sure that I am comfortable. I can only highly recommend Smooth, and especially Sonja 😊

I can highly recommend Smooth and especially their operator Tamara. She is always in a brilliant mood and ready to have a good talk.
I am getting laser hair removal done on my legs, armpits and brazilian - which means I’m basically naked for an hour, but Tamara is extremely cool and makes the whole situation seem normal and not awkward at all. She is extremely talented and walks you through the entire process.
You are in very safe and capable hands.
And the plus side - you see results very quickly!

I am get my laser treatment at Smooth Aarhus and the experience after 3 laser sessions is very good. First, the nurses are very kind, gentle on their work and very professional.
I personally like getting my treatments with Sonja Thavarajah, she is very kind!

I had such a great experience with Pernille. She is always great at making me feeling comfortable with the treatments, she knows everything about the laser treatments and how the hair responds. She’s a pleasure to be around and I highly recommend her. I’ve seen amazing results and it’s been a pain free and comfortable experience at smooth.

Great job with friendly service. I’ve had several sessions now with SMOOTH and the girls there are just fantastic! All so friendly and helpful, always making sure I’m comfortable and also very knowledgeable. The locations are also really nice. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Tamara and I have been very happy with her professionalism and the actual results. She makes sure that the treatment is not carried out in a hurry and she takes time to make you feel comfortable. Lasering is not always the most nicest experience but Tamara makes it worth it. :D

Pernille is the to go to! She was super friendly and made sure everything was okay and assured to make me comfortable as well. She took over my sessions as I just relocated to Copenhagen from Aarhus. A kind soul and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Don't recommend this clinique - My booking was cancelled without having received a notification. I show up for my appointment and am informed they can't take me and I should book something else. She was also a bit rude and dismissive.
