SoFi - Locked Account for NO REASON!

What right do you have to continuously lock someone’s account for fraudulent activity for no reason, and refuse to let them get their money?!?
So here’s the deal…
My boss sends me a Zelle for my weekly pay. You deny it. Then it is requested per his bank, and you accept it, but refuse to add it to my account claiming it triggers fraud. However, you outright REFUSE to make contact with my job to verify anything. It’s coming from a legit bank, TD Bank. It’s going to a legit account, my account with your bank.
GIVE ME MY MONEY, or release it back to my boss so he can pay me!!
I am literally sitting here with no money to get by bcuz I basically worked for free since you STOLE my money!
I will keep posting, leaving negative reviews, and have already contacted the Better Business Bureau.
