My computer was so slow before, it took me such a long time to start up and then load everything on to my desktop. It would often crash and take ages to open a new program.
Now, I turn on my computer and it is ready for me to sign in almost instantly.
Thomas explained things in simple language and also showed me some short cuts in using my computer.
