Works as expected

The spa filters turned up as expected - despite the fact that the bottom of one of the filters had a manufacturing defect. The screw fixing was partly misshaped, with a chip in it.

I have brought 2 spa trays but they are…

I have brought 2 spa trays but they are christmas presents for friends, one has a spa pool and the other has a hot tub I like the sturdiness of the tray and unlike other products I looked at this tray will take glasses whereas everything else seemed only to take bottles or cans. The products arrived in good condition and only took a few days. I would definitely recommend this company to buy from.

Spa cover replacement and filter cartridge.

We had purchased two products from Spa Store.
The first was a filter that arrived first. This has made a massive difference to our spa's filtration and the second was a hard top spa cover, that was ordered a week later. We had several phone calls to Spa store to ensure we had the correct measurements and that it would fit perfectly over our spa. Marge, the lady we were speaking with ensured that it was the right fit, by contacting the warehouse and then phoning us to let us know the exact measurements required. Delivery was quicker than we anticipated as we have a rural address and live on the West Coast of New Zealand. Thank you for your aftercare service. Maraea Casey, Westport, South Island, N.Z.

Bad product quality. Terrible service

Waited nearly a month. Order arrives with parts that look remanufactured, in a box that has been repacked. Filter has a wood chip through it, filter housing looks re-glued, and badly made.
Customer services is a NZ phone number, routed overseas. They dont appear to hold stock.

This has been anything but hassle-free
I am still waiting for customer services to follow through for a full refund. Not recommended. I wouldn't buy spa pool filters from them, going by the inferior product quality.

A Positive Online Shopping Experience …

Great product at a reasonable price from the Australian Spastore. Excellent & immediate communication. And, after the warning on their website home page, of possible hefty delays for delivery, it took a mere week! And the courier left the the parcel exactly as requested.

follow up after problems

After some problems with my spa using the new product Silver Cove Pool Sanitiser. I was contacted by the manufacturer
It seems if you have a old spa pool it is advisable to use a non chlorine oxidiser ( oxy shock ) to clean the system
i have now done this and the system is working very well ,as our spa is inside it is nice not having the smell of chlorine
the instructions on the silver cove product make no mention of using the Oxy Shock
all is well now and working fine

Have a bit of patience and these guys will deliver

At times I couldn't reach anyone on the phone which was frustrating, however if you don't mind just being a bit flexible and patient these guys will deliver. Marge worked hard with me and followed up with me more than once to make sure I ordered the right cover. She helped me with the measurements as I found it so hard! I really didn't know exactly what I needed. Thank you! The new cover is fantastic and delivery was SO QUICK! You guys rock

Brilliant people

Brilliant people, Alesha, Tai, and Jay all pitch in to make everything just work out. As we live in Hawkes Bay. The Tibet pool is brilliant we have had friends who have spa pools and have said how good is that design, two therapeutic seats amazing an a bench seat. We lost our power with cyclone Gaberiel the pool stayed warm for 4 days insane. Must be so energy efficient. Can not recommend these people/Alpine spas enough.

I was having issues getting the…

I was having issues getting the checkout page to open, so they created an invoice to match my screen shot and emailed it to me to make sure I got the discounts that were due to expire in their site. Delivery was swift too.

My spare part for the Spa was indent ordered…

My spare part for the Spa was ordered on-line. I was impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the assistant who promptly contacted me to confirm the part I had ordered was correct as indent orders are not refundable. The part arrived from overseas in great time and well packaged.
I would recommend this company again. Very helpful. Brilliant service!

The arrival of the swim spa

The arrival of the swim spa. The delivery, having it filled on the spot and having someone give us a lesson on use was fantastic. Slight downer not having the heat pump arrive at the same time, especially for the first heating and getting to correct temperature, our power bill felt it. Once heat pump arrived power bill went shooting down and 100% happy with it all. My only concern I feel, is that the instructions on use are not comprehensive enough, especially around the control & use of jets.

Smooth order process only lack of communication

Smooth booking process online. After order waiting for some confirmation of a dispatch. No update after 5 days waiting, so I contacted them. Was smooth sailing from then on. Would get 5 stars if kept me in the loop around expectations on order, instead it felt like it was up to me to chase things up.

Easy to order

Product easy to order that wasn't available at the local shop.
