All products are good

The products are good and well priced, however the delivery wait can sometimes be disappointing i.e. over two weeks delivery to Piha which is only 45km from Spa Store depot

Great to deal with after i ordered the wrong replacement spa cover replaced it and helped me get the right one

Good experience �

Have ordered a spa cartige -filters ,was a perfect items what l was ordered a good communication on the way and a delivery of the parcel.

Package damaged - was for a gift

Package received OK but it was a gift and the box arrived which had had a document or something stuck to it which had been ripped off so the packaging was damaged. Not a good look for a present. :(

There are no holes for screws to line…

There are no holes for screws to line up on the spa step. Have to go get more screws from hardware store as also very hard to get screws in to adjoining component of step. Very frustrating! Still waiting to complete the job. Have just read your reply and am now asking for a new step (complete with holes for the screws) to be sent out.

CHORINE FREE SPA PRODUCT

Good information..good delivery .Only reason I have given a star lower is that I have not used the product for any length of time at present.

No samples

They were very nice at returning my product that was incorrect and that I was unhappy with. They promised to send me some samples for the spa but I never received them.
