I needed an SPSS upgrade so I could run certain analyses for my dissertation & the person who helped me was extremely responsive. Not only that but I ended up paying the difference instead of having to pay for 2 separate products. Very helpful as a grad student you have no idea!

A little confusing at first, but that was mainly for using their mobile site (it’s not optimized for mobile). But great discount on software I needed for tutoring a friend, and friendly staff who take user feedback seriously (which is damned rare!).
Needless to say, the software is legit.
