There's no high pressure to ever buy anything. I've purchased 3 items and everything was a pleasurable way to shop and take your time looking at you're getting. Never thought I'd be able to find a used phone at such a good price without the possibility of getting scammed. Once I saw that they had a "No BS guarantee" I was enthusiastic to say the least. Have bought 4-5 used phones on Swappa. I like that they have 4 classes of condition. Fair, Good, Mint and New. The phones worked fine. I did get 1 phone that was not repaired correctly and got some water damage Kayaking from a few drops of water. It was great for 6 months, but the glue they used was not correct per local repair place and did not hold up in the Texas heat. Phones can get hot in the waterproof floating cases with direct sunlight. Now keep it in the shade.

I had been wanting a 512g Note 20 Ultra because my previous Note 8 had the sd slot. I was getting ready to purchase a used one off of Ebay or Amazon but only 128g models were available. And I was leery of being scammed. Then I read about Swappa. I had never heard of it. Went on the website saw a mint condition 512g model that had been posted the day before. It took me five minutes to complete the purchase. It arrived a week later because I had purchased it on the weekeend, the post office was closed that Monday for the holidays and there was a weather emergency.
When it arrived it was well packaged and was in pristine condition, literally like new. After testing, it worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I'm protected by paypal. I am very happy with my purchase.

I dislike all the hidden fees including partnering fees, etc. I bought an iPhone on Swappa and then realized I could get a free iPhone 15 from my carrier's promotion but I lost almost $70 selling the same iPhone back on Swappa due to fees and taxes.

I paid for an unlocked iPhone 16 and after showing the pending transaction screen I was logged out. When I tried to log back in I get an error saying my account is inactive. I just have to wait for the money to officially be taken from my account for me to dispute it with my credit card company.

The phone arrived in a few days, as advertised. It is in excellent condition and came in the original packaging with the charging cable and a nice phone case. Very pleased !! This is my second time using SWAPPA, and I would highly recommend them. I will use them next time I need a phone.
