Run around on refund

We had to return a item, and are due a refund. But after 5 phone calls and one e-mail and 2 months we still haven't received our $848.00 plus refund. We've given order number, tracking numbers, we pack and shipped item the back. They don't have accounts payable to talk to and you get the run around.

Avoid this unaccountable , money grabbing company

The product is not ok , it arrived without accessories like a drain and overflow as standard practice and these had to be handcrafted . Also arrived with no manual d leaking. The warranty and repair from manufacturer are appalling . Repair dept is rude and self serving . Lied about receiving emails etc . Unaccountable , cost us thousands to get a professional plumber to figure out the defects as they insisted we send several videos with the bath taken apart and even the they refused to repair .Buy from a more reputable manufacturer and avoid the damaged floors from leaks, lousy delivery and shocking customer service . Run ! See how they respond to complaints on google for proof of dreadful customer service .

Horrible Customer Service

Bought a Anzzi pullout kitchen faucets, it leaks and has horrendous water pressure, worse than allowed by Feds, sprayer has super high pressure but regular stream, useless. I contacted company a week after installation about the leaking and all I got was email and an order for replacement on July 7, nothing yet and no one to talk to. Customer service should be by phone not email. I couldn’t find my review where I bought it, hopefully it wasn’t deleted. I received the replacement nozzle so I removed the water restrictor from the one that leaks and still pretty bad water flow.

Terrible experience with this…

Terrible experience with this manufacturer. All on line and installation instructions indicated one outlet required, tub came with 3 required outlets. No solutions offered except to run extension chords!! Wiring diagram on line and provided is not specific to a particular tub, is "generic". Not able to get specific wiring diagram for my tub. Beware when ordering.

5 years to wait on promissed parts

Started in Feb 2019 - I would wait on a tub for a month maybe 2, but the seal failed on my tub 5 years ago while it was still under warranty. It has taken me 5 years to get a part to repair my tub. Yes, the initial email with pictures was sent in Feb of 2019. NOTHING was done, it took digging and digging for phone numbers to get in touch with the right ppl. After a phone con., and paying for shipping for an item that should of been covered, they waited almost 2 weeks more to send the item. While I may love my tub that I can't use until the part comes, I would never recommend this company to anyone! I would rather deal with the VA than this company.

A nightmare of poor quality

A nightmare of poor quality , delayed shipping , missing parts , incorrect manual and absolutely awful tech dept . No manager cared to reach out even though I requested that many times.
Our plumbers and the rest of Canada beware of purchasing .
Our product arrived months late and when started for the first time by our lucensed plumbers the jacuzzi system leaked all over my newly installed floors. Tech dept do not respond to emails , rarely answer the phone and have refused to cover labor stating its because we installed after 90 days ! Despite them being the reason for the delay. They are not a high end company and the spa tub arrived with sharp fibreglass edges and without essential components such as overflow drain. Upon start up it failed instantly .
Avoid this company as they have zero accountability and poor customer ethics .
They use delay tactics to void their owm warranty and Kemy in tech is uncaring . We were made get plumbers to take videos if the leak.
Then Keny insists that we take videos if the inside of the tub , which will require plumbers to take apart and do .
6 months of dreadful issues as of Nov 2nd and still I have no tub .

Ordered a bathtub and this company not…

Ordered a bathtub and this company not only delayed my order for nearly a month, the tub arrived with a broken led and some cracks on the lip. After a few back and forths, I ended up sending the product back and asked for refund. Such a waste of time.

I have had NOTHING but trouble with 2…

I have had NOTHING but trouble with 2 Anzzi shower towers. There have been multiple parts that were defective in both units and I have been fighting with this company for 10 months to get 3 parts replaced.

The customer service reps are all very nice and assure me that they are taking care of the problem and it will be resolved and that they will call me back as soon as they know when parts will ship. I have NEVER heard back from ANY one of them in regards to ship dates. Not Rafael, not Marvin, not Angie, not John, not Kenny. NEVER.

First, they sent the wrong part. I got back in touch with them on MARCH 10, 2022 (Today is 10/28/22) to tell them they sent the wrong part. I finally got the right part in September, but I still did not receive the other 2 (2 of the same parts). They told me they could not order the parts because they did not have a sku number, they only had a part number.

They said they had to create a sku number. No one did that. A month later I called back, they said the same thing. Today, I FINALLY got the other shipment and there was only 1 of the needed parts, not 2 of them.

And it turns out that they ordered the part by part number (not sku number), which we had all along. I have spent HOURS on the phone and called more than a dozen times. They all say they're going to take care of the problem. It is unbelievable.

It is either utter incompetence or willful run around.

If you order anything from them, I hope that you have no problems with the product. If you do, you are likely in for MONTHS of aggravation.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.

Preferred solution: the right parts and straight answers without my having to call incessantly .
