Zoey was super helpful to get me set up with my business. She explained the process for each step as we went through the questionnaire. It feels like a lot of upselling and extra costs as you go through the questionnaire, but the peace of mind for all the features makes it worth it to me personally. I don’t know enough about business taxes or llc filing to not have something that does it all for you.

I have been using the service since 2020 and have built four brands with it. The logo tool was an excellent starting point for establishing my own business, but the website builder provided nearly invaluable benefits for the future. The advanced level required some learning, but once mastered, it proved incredibly useful in my new job, where one of my responsibilities is managing websites.

My LLC was set up correctly, but they use the scare tactic to make you purchase their different compliance plans and various things. Very pathetic that they take advantage of new business owners. Now knowing everything I know u can be your own registered agent and save tons of money. Which they make it seem like u cannot be but that’s false.

This company is an absolute scam. You pay for services and then they sign you up and charge you for things you don't agree to. When you dispute the charge with your card, they block your account for all of the things you actually paid. I would never use this company again in a million years.
UPDATE to their answer: the absolute worst company ever. They still lock people out of accounts even if you never asked to pay for these extra subscriptions they want to add. Avoid at all costs!!!

I can't say enough about the fantastic help I received from Elaine G. and supervisor, Ally, at Tailor Brands on January 14, 2025.
Elaine G. went above and beyond to guide me through the LLC application process and secure our EIN from the IRS. This was a key step in starting my business, Cultivation Culture LLC, in Virginia.
Elaine's support was outstanding. Even though her shift ended, she stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, patiently answering my questions and addressing all my concerns. She even waived the fee, understanding my financial struggles and recognizing my passion for community growth.
With the Tailor Brand’s package I bought, Elaine made sure I had all the support I needed, including:
1. Applying for our brand's trademarks.
2. Handling state sales tax documents.
3. Getting over ten necessary permits and licenses.
Doing this on my own would have been really tough, especially with my disability and zero income /finances. Elaine's kind and expert help made a huge difference:) I can't express my gratitude enough! Thank you, Elaine G.!
