This was by far the worst experience I've ever. I hired a task rabbit last minute to help clean for a gathering I was having. She was incredibly slow, and took 1.5 hours to clean 4 dishes and was just standing around half the time. The reviews under her profile were all fake, and task rabbit customer service said they were not responsible for any of this. This was a terrible first impression, customer service was not helpful at all.

The Taskrabbit service fees are incredibly high. Other similar services like Lugg and Neighborly are far more affordable. I used Taskrabbit for help moving from one storage into to another in the same complex. The experience was terrible and the laborers unskilled. They were also not the person listed in the original listing and brought none of the tools like a dolly or hammer that were listed in the listing and I specifically asked for in my job request. Will likely not use this service again.

Finding a taster, scheduling and paying are always seamless. We’ve had great experiences. We paid more than anticipated but it was fine due to how quickly we were able to have it done.

Aldar was excellent and professional. He knew exactly how to mount my TV and soundbar. He measured it all and needed no help. He alsowas very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience with finding someone to help assemble a console table. The reviews helped alot in selecting a person. The different price ranges for same job was odd.

Vladimir showed up a few minutes early, put booties on to not track in my house, was very polite and did his work quietly and got done super fast. Cleaned up as he went.
I appreciated the thoughtfulness that was put into the job. He obviously cared about the work he was doing. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

The person showed up and was great. Unlike last time. I was very disappointed the first time I used Task Rabbit because the person canceled at the last minute and I got no acknowledgement from Task Rabbit of the difficulty that might have caused (which it did).

This service is amazing and convenient. I used them to locate a plumber and found someone available on the same day at a reasonable rate. The Tasker was very professional, communicated promptly and did an amazing job. I’m now looking for other projects to hire a Tasker.

Kian was great! He was super flexible and able to get to me right away. He was friendly, professional and tidied up the space when he finished the assembly. He completed the task efficiently and took the time to show me how to work and how to fold up the item.
I would absolutely hire him again for another job!

The Tasker arrived right on time, fully equipped with a snowblower and all the necessary tools to get the job done efficiently. They cleared my driveway and sidewalk in no time, and everything looked great afterward. I especially appreciated the communication—my Tasker kept me updated on their ETA and confirmed any details before starting.

The app made the whole process easy, from posting the task to paying securely. The price was fair, and the snow removal was thorough, even during a heavy snowfall. Highly recommend this service if you need fast, reliable snow removal!

My Tasker was timely, efficient, and accomplished my move without incident. He did a good job. My only complaint is the disparity between advertised and actual cost, and that a 2 hour minimum for a half hour job seems unfair. Otherwise, great

I like the worker posts about themselves, and their experience. My tasker asked me questions about the job before he came over which showed professionalism. I shared info and it was reviewed. He was professional the entire time and did a wonderful job.

I like that with Task Rabbit, I contact the people I want to try to work with rather than just putting my name out for 30 or 40 contractors to start trying to solicit me. This style works for me whereas the other makes me crazy

the Tasker Duke was FANTASTIC. he was prompt polite and very careful to take care of my space while he worked. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 stars is because I was not able to choose between taskers and while we enjoyed the experience with Duke I like options.

It appears to be a site similar to the new Angie’s List. The service providers are hit or miss. The service is not guaranteed. This is frustrating to clients. We want a company that guarantees that service providers perform the service to the customers satisfaction. I will not use this site again. I do not have this kind of time to waste.

The service person was great, however, Task Rabbit adding on an additional per hour service fee is a deal breaker! If you're going to charge a service fee it should be a one time, flat fee, regarless of how many hours it takes the service person to complete the job. I won't use Task Rabbit again.

Jonathan was superb. He was knowledgable about carpentry, he was careful in all he did, and he was lovely to work with. I have recommended Taskrabbit to friends who had never heard of it. You really fill a niche for homeowners who can't quite get the job done right themselves. It is very satisfying to finally be able to address a multitude of such accumulated tasks.

First time using Task Rabbit

For the first time using this app, it was easy to use and all the information was there to chose the correct person for my task. They did not seem to over charge for the work provided. I will definitely use them again for other tasks.
