Ordered from Canada. Waited for 3 weeks, then wrote them to cancel order, which they said they couldn't do. Received them, asked for a prepaid label to return-they said no. Referred to their policy and they still said no. Received $20 import tax from Fedex that I'm now stuck with and can't return product without paying to ship across borders

I ordered these early December for Christmas gifts. They were guaranteed to be delivered by Xmas. They did not come. I emailed multiple times to let them know I would like a refund as I had to go out and buy other gifts for the people I was going to gift them too. I didn’t need the twinkles anymore. They responded they would look into order. I heard nothing more. I emailed again. Nothing. March 3 I get a tracking email saying they are being delivered. Like WTF. Bad company!!! Don’t buy from them!!!!

Zero stars. Same issue. Ordered in December. March I sent a request for refund, filed a credit card dispute. At which time they sent a shipment notification. Soo angry since I no longer wanted to support this scam. I wanted a refund. The company does not respect or listen to their customers!! Stay clear. Say no. If & when you ever get the product, their return policy sucks.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Warning!!! Don’t buy from this company!!! They are scammers!!

Wish I had come here before I ordered

Wish I had come here before I ordered. What a crap company. After opening a paypal dispute and actually communicating with tenikle about a refund, they went ahead and sent the order anyway. (3 months after I ordered it) Now I have to wait for it to arrive to return it for a refund.

Please don’t waste your money

I was so excited to get this product. I even got one for my son for Christmas, 2024. It’s really hard to use. It’s really hard to bend the arms and they only stick to surfaces for a little while and then fall off. I’m kind of embarrassed that I spent so much money on this ridiculous product. It looks so good in the video, but it just doesn’t work.

Totally useless!!

I am travelling and due to the 6 week delivery time (which I wasn’t notified of) the parcel arrived 9 weeks after I ordered it and I had moved on. Tenikle takes so long to answer emails they are no longer relevant by the time they respond. As I never received the first delivery after numerous emails Tenikle I contacted Tenikle for a refund. No refund but we’ll replace the item. Idid not want it but Tenikle would not give me a refund and I was told it had already been sent. This was totally untrue (emailed proof that it hadn’t been sent) Numerous emails later Tenikle said “no problems, we’ll refund you as soon as you receive it.” Said I had read emails that they would not refund goods outside USA. Tenikle advised that this was incorrect and to contact them once I received it. Three months after ordering it the phone holder finally arrived. Contacted Tenikle, couldn’t complete the return as I was overseas! Numerous emails ensued, no response.
I definitely don’t recommend this company. They are totally unreliable and lie to you.

The tracker doesn’t give any info, you can’t get access to customer service & you’re simply left waiting.
Shark Tank you should be embarrassed to have supported a good idea with such poor customer service & care. What a scam.

Will never buy anything from this…

Will never buy anything from this company again. Bought 6, paid $220 early November hoping to use them as stocking fillers at Christmas. Was initially told they couldn’t supply the colours I ordered so would have to take black. At the time of writing nothing has arrived.

I will never buy from this company…

I will never buy from this company again. I ordered 6 items and I was charged for 6 items yet I only received 2 of the items. I wrote to them twice and twice was told someone would get back to me. To date no one has gotten back to me. This company doesn’t deliver as promised!

The worst company ever. I basically have just given away $100. Never received order (it’s been months) and after no reply to at least 3 or 4 emails I’m guessing I’m never seeing my order. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

If there were 0 for a review

If there were 0 for a review, this would be it. Product difficult to bend and will not stick to even the simplest of surfaces like glass. Your countdown window begins upon arrival NOT on Christmas Day even when it is a gift. I reached out to customer service two days after opening -we will get back to you. Two weeks and three emails to them later-your return window is missed. It is now 2/3 of the cost for restocking fee. This company is just taking your money for an inferior product.

Unbelievable lack of Customer Service.

Ordered 12/9. Received 12/26 (after Xmas). Also, the screw is not long enough to connect the holder! Return shipping and refund requested 12/28 (within 30 day window). Received automatic reply. Sent again 1/6 and 1/23. Nothing. Refunded via AMEX, but sad they are getting the revenue for 3 tenikles that are in a box awaiting return shipments.

RUN DONT WALK- BUYER BEWARE!!

I bought this on the TikTok shop under a special buy one get one free. One finally arrived but not the free one. Trying to reach Customer Service is a joke on TikTok. It says a representative will be with you when one is available and you just sit there and nothing, no response whatsoever I’ve tried three times. Save your money and run from this company as fast as you can.

I have sent multiple emails trying to…

I have sent multiple emails trying to get my refund for my cancelled orders of nearly NZ$500 even though the sent one email confirming the cancellation and saying money would be refunded. I keep sending emails and get automated response!!!
This is disgusting customer service and a scam by the multiple bad reviews about not getting refunds or receiving the purchased products..

Don't Buy From This Company!!!!!!

Terrible company, abysmal customer service! My order arrived so late that it was beyond their specified returns window. I've emailed them several times for help with this issue, but NO REPLY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I placed my order for "guaranteed…

I placed my order for "guaranteed Christmas delivery" on December 5, 2024 and was promptly charged $135.44 for my order. As of January 25th, 2025, I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails to Tenikle and all I have received back are standard computer generated responses. I sent an email on January 13, 2025 requesting a refund and haven't received any response from the company, let alone a refund.

Avoid, other products on market with less risk

The product doesnt perform as described..
I didnt read the return policy when purchasing..I have to send the 3 items to Peru to get a refund, but no postage refund..Im in Melbourne Australia.. Im not prepared to risk loosing all that money in postage and it would probs cost more than the refund..
My bad for not reading the policy..
