Wish I had read the reviews first

Wish I had read the reviews first. The service was good, the product not so much. I had great hopes for using as a car mount since I have nowhere to attached standard mounts. It stuck to the windscreen just fine but after a few hours would fall off. Don't recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on 6 Dec 2024. Still no ETA a month later. I have asked them to cancel and refund the order but no refund on my account so I have asked my credit card company to return the payment. Customer service is not in Tenikle's vocabulary!!

Abysmal service

Abysmal - ordered before Christmas still no delivery - loads of emails though telling me I can buy at Costco or buy their new stuff online. No replies to emails - abysmal looks like a credit card complaint

Worst customer service EVER! Product not effective.

Their Tenikle Pro bracket does not fit any of my or my family's phones, even without the case. The suction cups only stick to a few surfaces, definitely not to commonly-used textured phone/tablet cases. If using the suction-cup method of mounting a device, the Tenikle is top-heavy and does not stay standing. The Tenikles are pretty stiff, so they are difficult to manipulate and deform easily. I have attempted to initiate a return about 5 times over nearly a month now, with NO RESPONSE from customer service to this day. My first attempt was within the 30-day window, but they rode it out... I'm hoping this is not so they can say it is a "late return." Their website for returns processing says I never ordered from them, but I have a receipt as proof. Total waste of money. I wish I checked these reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! Its been 8wks and no parcel has been delivered.. I'm from Australia and got 3 different tracking numbers which are invalid so Australia Post, Aramex or Star Track can't help locate where the parcel is.. Contacted Tenikle by email and no reply on what's happened to my parcel.. Very disappointed 😞 and waste of money..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE SHARK TANK BACKING MEANS NOTHING!

I'd rate this company and my experience no stars if I could.

Taking orders they can't fulfil in time for Xmas is a sign of a business that actually doesn't care about its clients.

I found pics the owner online enjoying his holidays with no care for the people who not only didn't get a gift they were led to expect would arrive, but he knew they wouldn't but still took the order.

Thats right, he didn't adjust his marketing to advise people there was a delay, he certainly didn't look at his previous years sales and make sure he had enough stock in to meet demand, and then he insulted everyone with apology deals that still made him more money.

I am also still waiting more than two weeks after xmas for the products to arrive. I also had to buy replacement gifts to give on Xmas day.

I regret not cancelling my order and buying a better suited product online.

And let me tell you, I have now found 3 better items more fit for purpose than the tentikle, (that I am now reading doesn't even stick that well)

Save yourself the tiem and stop rewarding the owner of this business with your hard earned cash.

I have never received my products, while I was debited of 139euros.
And each time I have contacted TENIKLE, I have received an automatic answer and never got contacted by anyone.

Tacking says delivered

Tacking says delivered, not possible as its a business and we are closed at the supposed delivery time 3AM?
What courier delivers at 3am
Gates at the complex closed until 5.30 cameras everywhere.
this company is a joke, try to contact them and they say track here... Its not delivered.

Very poor customer service

So, the product is ok, nothing earth shattering about it but the customer service is crap! I placed an order for 4 units including a purple one which is my absolute favourite colour. They sent all the right colours, except the purple, they sent blue instead. Rather than actually sending me what I ordered and paid for, they have consistently only offered a 30% discount on a new purchase saying they would likely just send the wrong colour again. Seriously?? What's the point of asking your customers to pick what they want if you can't grab that item off the shelf?? It can't be that hard can it? Anyway, take your chances, I hope your experience is better than mine

I purchased several in December and…

I purchased several in December and should have received a free hands free device. Two of my products did not come, one they are refunding and now refusing to send my freebie because they do not want to pay the shipping! This is a scam. No phone number or person to speak to about service. Only email. It takes forever to get a response and the suction cups do not work well. I am stuck with the product as I have this as gifts and it’s sub par manufacturing. I should’ve received my free device even if it was at there expense

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Wow, all the reviews I just read are exactly what I was going to write. Ordered for stocking stuffers in mid December. Items were never received. I have emailed them 4 times with only an automated response sent back. When I went to their website to leave a review funny enough that section of the website is not working. This place is obviously going out of business or something based on all the recent reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have started a dispute with AMEX for the charge.

Ordered & Never Received

I too like a lot of you ordered this product. I ordered 6 of them as stocking stuffers on December 6, 2024, got a notification on December 13 about only having black left so I switched to those. No big deal as they said it would arrive before Xmas. Never came. Sent a lot of emails with no reponse, so I have requested my money back thru PayPal. This company doesn’t give a crap & I am going to put bad review messages on their page & anywhere I can to get the word out about them.

Terrible customer service

The product is okay. Does what it say it does, but the customer service is not good and shipping takes forever. If you want your tenikle quick, too bad. It took close to a month to receive mine. I ordered 4 of them so I could get the free bluetooth remote and when they finally arrived, there was no remote. The packing list showed it was included, but it wasn't. I reached out to customer service and filed a claim, but they rejected it. Didn't say why, just that it was rejected. Based on my experience, I would buy a similar product somewhere else. It's wild to me that with so many similar products out there, customer service wouldn't make the issue right.

Products never delivered…

I ordered from this company and was told the product would be delivered within 7 business days. However after 2 weeks the items were never delivered. When I tried to track my package is just stated “ in process� I reached out to the company several times and only got an automated response “ we are currently deep diving into our inbox and we’ll do our best to respond within 24-72hrs� The end result, I was charged for a product I never received. I would not recommend purchasing anything from the company!!!!

I was missing part of my order

I was missing part of my order. Instead of helping me and sending what I paid for they requested photos? So they think I’m lying about the cheapest item missing. Anyways, long story short they didn’t send part of my order that I paid for and have not offered to make it right.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I placed my posted! I ordered 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything from the company. I have emailed asking for a refund more than once and get no reply. I can't find any other way to contact the company or customer service. Very disappointed and frustrated!!

Worst customer service response ever

Worst customer service response ever. They never responded after numerous emails. No phone to contact them. And, I ordered 2 weeks ago and finally just got a notice, they might be shipping my order. Horrible experience with a company! I would give zero stars if I could. This is just a review for their customer service, which did I say enough....it's horrible!

Great Small Business

Although shipping was a bit longer than expected, Tenikle was great at communicating with me and kept me in the loop about things. I understand that there can be bumps in the road when you are a small business but I am happy to support a great man like Hans! Will definitely buy again for Christmas!
