Not trustworthy at all

Not trustworthy at all. Customer service is the worst- very rude. And...now they are going out of business. Shocker. I feel bad for all of us that had warranties on our swim spas that now don't.

I purchased a top of the line Hot Tub…

I purchased a top of the line Hot Tub (Manhattan) took delivery on 7/21 and found many flaws, poor quality control. Poor customer service, wait times are ridiculously long and if your lucky you will get someone who’s knowledgeable about their product ,was transferred to a supervisor had to leave a message, never got a call back. Same experience with the salesman , left a message,no response. Bottom line, not worth the 20k price tag, and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
