I sent my sketches. They generated drawings the next day for me to approve. There was a delay in shipping due to the holidays, but they kept me informed and notified me when it shipped. The finished product was just as I expected. Good Job Timberplates!

While on site, we found that we were short on our quantity of steel drift pins. I contacted Timberplates on a Friday and received our order on Tuesday. Great customer service!!

I'm happy that I found Timberplates online. I received my order yesterday. They offered me a great solution for the structural timber connections I needed. The connectors were made of 3/16" steel which is generally a lot heavier than anything offered by other manufacturers off the shelf.
I'm building a 600sf deck with a timber roof structure. Especially because of the wind conditions, I needed a good structural connection between the 6x6 columns and the glulam beams.
The structural elements by Timberplates were custom made to my specifications (dimensions, configuration, bolt hole sizes and locations). I was provided shop drawings before the order was placed so I could confirm that the connectors would be fabricated according to my needs.
