Shocking customer service experience
It all seemed promising until we paid. Since then, we have had nothing but broken promises and a lack of interest from our point of contact. Snags all over the place. Poorly matched wood. Glue seeping out of the veneer - even the guy they sent to repair it was gobsmacked at how bad it was. Swelling on doors that don鈥檛 close properly. Don鈥檛 reply to emails鈥�..ever. Don鈥檛 even bother calling. Our PoC has been slap dash and uninterested in ensuring our kitchen is actually completed. It鈥檚 coming up to 4 months and having paid 拢65k, you鈥檇 expect a better quality of service for the money you pay. At this rate, it鈥檚 becoming clear that the standard of customer care you get is no better the more you pay.
The fact their complaints system is buried in the deepest darkest recess of their website says all you need to know. They don鈥檛 care. Despite our friends asking us about TH, we have told them to stay clear to avoid the disappointment you will get by handing your money over and the quality of the customer care. Tom Howley has lost his way and has allowed lazy, poor employee practices to wreck the company name
