Product faulty after 8-9 months and customer service response was to buy another one!

The magnets used to keep the phone case closed ripped through the clasp and fell out rendering the case unable to close after only 8-9 months of average use. Contacted the company to be told they suggest i buy another case from them! It's rare to find a company that i'd rate to have a zero star product and zero star customer service!

You are listened to

As an elderly man sorting out the correct case for my iphone was a challenge. Although the mistakes were mine the help and actions of the Torro team were exemplary and I thank them for their patience.

Protective cover that looks and feels great

A good leather case to protect the item it was designed for. It looks good and with the added personalisation it was a lovely gift. It took a little longer to arrive but worth it.
The cases are so good we keep coming back as items are upgraded. This is the first time one has been bought for something larger. It is a good tight fit to the computer and the ridges help to hold it up when in use.
Would it be possible to have a case that could swivel with the computer in it so that it case be use vertically or horizontally?

Bought a new wallet from Torro as a…

Bought a new wallet from Torro as a first time customer just before Christmas. It was delivered promptly, was a very good price and was both smart looking and durable. People who have seen it have comment on how smart it looks :-) Will be keeping an eye on what they have on offer too meet my future needs.

Quality kindle Paperwhite case

I previously bought a cheaper cover for my kindle Paperwhite from Amazon and unfortunately it didn’t last long before it started to fall apart. The leather cover I bought from Torro should last as long as my kindle and I’m very happy with it’s quality.

Great case

These phone cases are fantastic and really do protect your iPhone although recent ones don’t seem to be of the same quality with the spine breaking very quickly which is a shame

Regarding the spines of our cases, when the case is new, the leather of the case will be more firm, as all good leather should be, although this will naturally soften with use. When adding cards to the slots, the adds distance between the two clasps so, on occasion, you may find that this may weaken the strength of the closure. After only a short period of use, the leather spine of the case will soften and will allow for the clasps to securely close while storing up to one card per slot in your case. When there is more than 3 cards this can cause the leather to expand resulting in the closure and spine becoming loose. However, if we can be of more assistance at any stage, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Very high quality leather product.

This product is a very high quality leather product and worth every penny paid.
I chose the Brown Leather cover in preference to the other two colour options and am very pleased I did.
Although, the cover when closed is slightly deeper than the cover for my previous kindle don’t be put off by that especially if you prefer a more book-like feel when holding to read, which I do.
I would definitely buy another Torro leather product given the high quality of this kindle cover.

Lovely quality products from Torro!


Leather smells amazing and top quality!
Beautifully made and had many compliments on my iPhone case and specs case which were both personalised with initials!
Highly recommend this company and their goods! Reasonably priced for such superb quality! You won’t be disappointed!

The products are very good

The products are very good, but the delivery is no good. UPS is supposed to deliver in the mailbox, but use a kiosk far away, at least one hours walk each direction from where I live😒

Based on the tracking information, it appears as though UPS were unable to complete delivery at your address and as a result took your package to a UPS Access Point so that it could be collected.

As discussed, we unfortunately we cannot comment on whether this would be the closest UPS Access Point to your address or not, but when left at an Access Point by UPS it supposed to be the one either requested by the recipient of the package or whichever one is closest to the intended delivery address when delivery cannot be completed.

After you brought this to our attention, we did mention this to UPS from our side, however unfortunately we do not have a direct contact with UPS local to you in Norway to request this does not occur in the future, so we would recommend also flagging this with UPS as an issue from your side, so that it has been brought up to them from both the sender and receiver of your order.

We apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

A very happy customer

A very happy customer. This was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but unfortunately the delivery company messed up and ended up sending it back to Torro. Someone from Torro phoned me the day before Christmas Eve to say they would send out a replacement guaranteed next day delivery to make sure I got it in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service and very happy with the phone case too. Thank you 😊

Yardage Book Holder

The package arrived in perfect time, the quality of the product is amazing. I had a monogram added and was slightly cautious just in case it was done wrong as I’ve had that happen with other items from other shops before but it was perfect. Would defo recommend, makes a perfect xmas present

A great option

I confess that I started with the handsome Amazon premium leather cover for my new Paperwhite. But I found the edges of that were sharp, making it uncomfortable to hold the Kindle in one hand. I also didn't like the way the cover was gripped magnetically when folded back 180 degrees for reading; that made it harder to close the cover and turn off the Kindle.

Having looked around, I thought the Torro cover looked like a good alternative. I'm very pleased - soft, rounded edges on all sides, a snug fit and no unnecessary magnets. Meanwhile, the Kindle turns on and off perfectly when opening/closing the Torro cover.

Delivery was extremely swift making it a quick turnaround from a cover that (to me) was not a pleasure to one that is. Given the quality, I think it will last a long time and keep my Kindle properly protected.

Excellent Craftsmanship.


I was delighted to receive the cover for my Kindle. It fitted perfectly and was lovely to hold in my hands. The whole purchase and delivery process went well and I could recommend Torro without hesitation.
