Good all round …

Case was well built the new camera control button was very accessible and everything was protected.
I only have one minor issue and that is the bronze letters that I have opted to have came out a bit more shiny then expected still looks good I would only suggest making them a bit more metallic looking on the website.

Material not as seen on website…

I chose the purple over the black colour because it is shown as a smooth finish (like the navy one I ordered before) whilst the black has a different finish. I have ordered both of these in the past to know. However when it arrived the material was not as shown in the picture - it is not smooth like the navy one but the same finish as the black one. I will not be using it after spending £40 but now looking for another provider for these.

We have our leathers tested every year to ensure that they comply with the European specifications, currently (BS 2780:1983+A1:2013). Our leather was last tested in February 2024 and was found to conform with the latest specifications. Our leather is an ‘aniline’ leather which is regarded within the leather industry as one of the highest quality leathers. In addition, it is also one of the most expensive leathers to produce as only the very best condition raw hides are graded suitable to produce aniline leathers.

The Purple leather is a slightly smoother finish when compared to the Black leather and the leather hides are processed in the same way as the Navy Blue leather aside from the colouring. Once again we are extremely sorry that you are not fully satisfied with your case.

Case saved the day

Whenever I get a new phone I always get a case from Torro. I think the cases are top quality and events yesterday proved this point. I’m a roofer and dropped my phone which fell onto the scaffold and then dropped about 20 feet down to the floor. I’ve only just got the iPhone 16 and feared the worst. When I went down to the floor and saw the case lying in the mud I thought it was game over but the case had protected the phone with no damage occurring at all . The phone still works perfectly and after cleaning the case everything is back in pristine condition. I can highly recommend this firm and will buy from them again.

Very well made and good customer service

I have bought two covers from Torro so far. The quality is great. And it is a UK brand. On this occasion the cover had a slight issue with a button which Torro's customer support resolved in no time.
