Quality phone cover

I've bought a Torro case for all my phones over the years. holds all my cards and a place to put my notes. They make a quality phone cover, what more do you need or want.

Return visit, once again excellent product and service

Having previously bought a phone case and being delighted with the quality of the product and the very efficient service, I returned to order a wallet and glasses case. Once again both the quality of product and service were excellent.

Product (mini iPad cover) excellent

Product (mini iPad cover) excellent, very well-made and classy. I did find the elastic strap rather pointless (it didn’t have a tendency to re-open) and I was a bit concerned that, over time, it would stretch and go baggy, so detracting from the overall smart appearance. Also, the design of the cover made reading in bed a bit of a challenge, but nothing serious.
The “does this fit your device?” information didn’t originally include my device, but a query to the company got that corrected fairly swiftly. Unfortunately the delay incurred by this meant I missed out on a Black Friday deal, which was a shame.

Leather case - beautiful but not functional as advertised.

Leather case for Pixel 8a. Received quickly in perfect condition. Had to return the case ( paid postage BOTH directions! ) because when inserting 3 credit cards in the 3 slots as designed the magnetic closure would not stay shut. Case works well for PHONE alone, but not as a credit card/cash 'single wallet'. I suggested to the company they could remedy the manufacturing problem by adding more leather to the case spine so it could stay closed with credit cards. For this reason - the review is only 3-star - since the case would not accommodate credit cards as advertised and I feel I should have been reimbursed the postage plus the purchase price.

Good morning,

Thanks for leaving a review, our stand cases feature the side magnetic clasps for a secure closure. When the case is new, the leather of the case will be more firm, as all good leather should be, although this will naturally soften with use. When adding cards to the slots, the adds distance between the two clasps so, on occasion, you may find that this may weaken the strength of the closure. After only a short period of use, the leather spine of the case will soften and will allow for the clasps to securely close while storing up to one card per slot in your case.

Unfortunately, a prepaid returns label can only be issued for items that are deemed a manufacturing issue which is decided by the customer care team.

5 star company

I have now purchased 4 items from Torro I would not use any other company the quality of the products they manufacture is well above 5 stars the quality of the leather was well above my expectations . They offer next day delivery which is very good if you are like me & want it now my last purchase I received a message from the courier telling me that owing to difficulties at the depot it would not be delivered that day , when was it delivered just before 9 pm that night fantastic service .
