I need to add protection to my computer and TotalAV made the process very simple and easy. The explanation for what was needed, and the cost was required was clearly explained. Once executed the process ran and I feel very satisfied and secure.

I'm a retired senior who worked with computers from the time we got off dumb terminals connected to a mainframe and got PC's. I classify myself as a proficient user of computers, but I've always had an IT Department on speed dial when something goes wrong. I love the scheduled scans that take me directly to the process of clearing my cache and cookies, something I forget to do on my own. This software has been on my computer for 2.5 years now and my HP laptop is in top-top shape!

I love how there is no maintenance that it runs in the background & catches all threats & notifies me.
Doesn't slow down my computer like Norton did.

I am very limited in technical knowledge and rely on the information you provide. Last year I was scammed out of my life savings ($500,000). The scammers took over my computers with Any Desk. I have provided the police with as much info as I can, with little hope of recovering any of it. I have been advised to have computers serviced once they have finished their investigation. My question is why do we not have the ability to eliminate these criminals.

I love this security system. I use it on both my smartphone and PC. It does a thorough job and is fast.

Not what it says …total av

The valve of it for the first year was great but the second year its price was more than triple. I tried canceling and they charged me a big price. Do I recommend them heaven no. If you get them I recommend you get a prepaid credit card. They contacted me saying I took a discount price lie I cancelled and only got a portion of my money back. Stay with the ones you trust.
