Seriously impressed with Treasurebox. Ordered a sofa bed online and two days later it arrived! The couch was comfy and looked exactly like the pictures, great value for money!

The desk was cheaply made. One screw didn't have the Philips head stamped into it so it was impossible to screw into the desk. The back board of the cupboard was not cut square and so it didn't go all the way up to the top of the drawer and into the top groove. This meant I had to saw about a cm off the board so it wasn't to long for the deskand it sat evenly.
Once the desk is made it is sturdy and just as we wanted but the assembly is a mission and requires additional diy due to the poor manufacturer of the parts.

Didn't let me no before I bought and paid for items online and typed in my delivery address before I paid that they don't deliver to waiheke island. Now I can't get hold of a human to sort it

Product arrived at my door 2 days after ordering (very rare close to Christmas time). The only thing that is slighty confusing is that the website still says "Processing" as the order status. I also didnt receive the coin things after I made the purchase for some reason? I'll have to chase this with the support team. Overall though, for a first time buyer - fantastic.

From purchase to collection was 2 hours (that was only I live over an hour away so would have been quicker)

Love ordering from TreasureBox. They're quick to get the order ready and products are always decent quality for the price. Only reason for 4 stars is because they didn't know when they'd get their next shipment from their Christchurch store (tbf it is Christmas time) so I cancelled that item.

Bed is great, very easy to move into the third floor of a town house and assembly is just as easy.
Some delays with delivery though, somehow took 3wks instead of a few days like I expected, but I think it was more the fliway delivery service's fault.

Very fast and easy to use as I lived in Australia and ordered for moms Christmas and it was so easy for me to place order and super fast delivery not even a week but grateful they managed to delivered in time especially holiday season.

Easy ordering online. Updated as needed about delivery and arrival was spot on when they said it would be. Super comfy mattress. It fits our Super King Frame (from overseas) so pleased we went with the S/K Treasure Box one even though measerements on the sides were meant to be quite "tight" but it wasnt... length is a little shorter than we measured and expected, but still happy and easier to make the bed!
