It took 8 weeks instead of 4 weeks to arrive. Every time I enquired where my product was I was given a different answer. I ordered based on delivery yet 6 weeks after ordering I was told I needed to pay an extra $35 for delivery. This was only changed on quoting legislation and a referral to the Commission.
I will never buy from TSB Living again

Terrible experience at TSB living lower hutt…

Terrible experience at TSB living lower hutt, purchased a faulty couch that fell apart less than 4 months after owning it. They did not even wish to discuss a repair replacement or refund - the worst ever. It’s clear it’s a manufacture issue - this store didn’t even care. Buyers be aware! Do not recommend shopping here

I thought they are a good to deliver a…

I thought they are a good to deliver a parcel, but they have the worst services for deliveries. I will show the message from the deliver guy or company to say how they are going to drop any parcels. Be awake everyone and pay attention when you buy items from them. Look how they charged too much for the services and it just got the bad Services.

Horrible

Bought a Victorian queen bed mattress combo from them. Mattress is alright, but it was cheap so it isn’t anything special as expected. However the bed base was absolutely horrid. I never got around to even making it fully. None of the parts fit together. I spent in total about 5 hours trying before giving up. I’ve sent them multiple emails and haven’t received a response so I’d say pretty bad customer service too. Website isn’t letting me leave a review so I’m starting to think the reviews could be a little biased/fake too.

I bought a Tianna Executive Chair from…

I bought a Tianna Executive Chair from TSB, but one piece came faulty. I asked them to deliver the "T" piece, but their solution is for me to bring the chair to the shop for inspection.

I don't have a car, which is why I ordered online. It's unbelievable they expect me to go there when the issue isn't my fault. If they don't resolve this problem, I will never buy from them again.

Basketball hoop disappointment

We purchased a hoop back in August by the end of Oct it was falling to bits. On setting it up we discovered the bolts didn't fit the unit and to go and get ones from Bunnings to be able to set it up. It was still wobbly, and poorly made. We sent photos and detailed info but the customer service team said there was nothing wrong with it. Disappointing as most companies would accept the poor quality and offer to help.

What an awful experience

What an awful experience.
My daughter went online to purchase a bed from TSB Living but cancelled before hitting purchase, unfortunately and yet unexplained by the bank the payment was credited to TSB Living.
On contacting TSB Living they confirmed that payment had been received and that they would refund the money to my daughter.
4 weeks of phone calls and emails then ensued to TSB Living with lies and delay tactics returned from them. Their customer service and support is a disgrace even though they did finally refund the money almost 6 weeks later.

I am so very unimpressed with the…

I am so very unimpressed with the service this company gives!
I purchased an item online weeks ago for a Christmas present.. nev er turned up and couldn't trace the number on Aramex.. finally after being constantly told the couriers have a delay.. I got another email from tsb saying that they will send me out another one.. I replied and asked that they would send by urgent courier.. no reply.. just tried to call on phone and got message to leave details on their voicemail!!.. now 4 days til Christmas and total lack of response or any after sales serviceI
I had previously bought alot of products from them for my new tiny home and when my family went to collect they had to wait nearly an hour to collect.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH I'M AFRAID I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

I'd avoid TSB Living

I'd avoid TSB Living.
We purchased a desk online that they had up on The Market. Particle board. Took a day to set up and we quickly realised it smelt terribly. It smelt so badly of chemicals that we couldn't put it in our daughter's bedroom. We firstly emailed the store and they replied that there weren't any chemicals that would smell and no one else had complained and they had one in store that doesn't smell. So essentially questioning our honesty. I contacted The Market (they don't always intervene, they will just send emails back and forth between buyer and store, at least in this instance). TSB Living said we'd need to spend a day dismantling and then trying to source boxes to put all the huge pieces of it in to send back to them. Given their google reviews and dishonesty over unsafe goods (the smell in particle board is hazardous at the levels this is), we decided we couldn't afford a day or two off to send it back just to have them declare it's fine, so they said we could sell it (we can't, it reeks) and they'd give us a generous 8% off next time we buy from them. We won't be buying from them again. To top it off, they won't allow us to add a product review (funny that), we wonder if they're fake on their website. Avoid them if you can't afford to lose your money.
Edited to add: they have now offered $40 back (for a $230 desk that we can't use and have to store in the garage until it off-gasses enough - could be a year at this rate)!
