Overall, pretty good

I’ve been a customer with Twentyeight Health for over a year at this point. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. Being a customer during the transition to a new subscription structure was a bit painful, as there was not much clarity on how billing would work, and if I would need to pay to continue getting my prescription. Information was lacking on the website. However, the customer rep Marilu was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. I think $12.99 is a very fair price to get a prescription, and the ability to switch to the free plan and still receive my medication while my prescription is active is fantastic. I am happy with Twentyeight health and will continue to remain a customer.

TwentyEight Health is Great!

TwentyEight Health has been making my prescription needs effortless for over a year now. They’re always quick and kind with their responses, they’re very knowledgeable, and always helpful. Ken took care of my most recent inquires and had everything resolved within a few emails back and forth. I’ve recommended and will continue to recommend TwentyEight Health to my friends and family.

Twentyeight Health is 10/10!

Twentyeight is my new and current favorite for getting my birth control deliveries! Their customer service and doctors are so accommodating and kind. I needed a one-month supply asap and couldn’t wait for the delivery so I spoke with Mary Ann, an amazing member from their Care Team, and she solved my concerns so quickly! I will be recommending Twentyeight Health to my family and friends!

This company is so great at quick…

This company is so great at quick responses, and providing the needed steps or links in order to successfully resolve your questions. May Ann provided quick, efficient customer service that answered my question, and also provided the next steps in the process so I’m not left wondering what happens next.

Awesome Communication!

I had a question regarding my order and spoke with a super sweet lady, Baby Lyn, who was a huge help in helping me get a better understanding of the circumstance I'm referring to! I'm super glad I came across Twentyeight Health, they make getting contraceptive care easy and stress free!

TwentyEight Health is okay

I’ve used TwentyEight Health when I was moved over by Simple Health. The beginning was a disaster. They sent me products that I didn’t order. They wouldn’t respond to any of my emails. I’ve sent so many emails asking them to cancel my subscription and they didn’t do it. I kept receiving products that I didn’t want for months, until someone finally read those emails and replied to me. The only good thing is that the insurance covered everything, I didn’t pay for all those products. I then went to Nurx but I recommend TwentyEight Health as everything is free and they send refills automatically

Prompt and excellent customer service

had to get my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy because my insurance considered the Twenty-eight Health pharmacy out of network starting this upcoming Feb. 2025. I emailed their support to get this prescription transferred, and Leila was able to help me out in a quick and efficient manner :) Thank you guys so much!! While I’ll miss having it mailed to me, they made the transition very easy.

I’ve been using them for a few years…

I’ve been using them for a few years now, and I usually get my products on time and what I ordered. Also any time I have to switch insurance it’s a simple process, whether I do it on their website or through an email like I did recently with Baby Lyn, they make it easy and convenient to use their services. Recommend

If only I could give negative stars

If only I could give negative stars. They bought the company I had been using, stopped my meds without warning after telling me I didn’t need to do anything to maintain current repeat orders, no one would ever respond when I tried to reach out, they wanted to charge a whole new fee for my meds I was already receiving, AND all of my personal medical information was leaked in a breach through their company. AVOID. PREDATORY

Super Convenient

I’ve used birth control before but this time I have mini pills. I’m not used to it so I have lots of different questions and they have answered them for me fast which I appreciate. I needed to get my pills sent over to my local pharmacy and the team was so nice, especially Nicole. They helped me do that and it was fast and easy. Also insurance is easy and convenient to put through. I Recommend twentyeight health.

Fantastic Company

I've been getting my birth control through this company for years and every single time anything has ever been wrong, TwentyEight Health's fantastic care team has always resolved it quickly with plenty of care. My experiences have been nothing but positive; prompt service, polite and friendly care staff, and they're always affordable. Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jay and she was absolutely incredible. Super polite, patient, and easy to speak to! Thank you guys so much!

There should be a ZERO option

There should be a ZERO option. Awful awful communication and customer service, and they only respond through text or email. I signed up to receive birth control, and was never messaged with a follow up. I honestly forgot all about this company because of the zero engagement until I saw that I was billed $12.99 for a subscription fee. Keep in mind, I have not even signed in once since signing up so I'm so confused what trial they even offer since no one even contacted me. When I emailed, the person "Jay" was very passive aggressive and said she cannot offer me a refund because I agreed to be charged. Never once have I ever received such terrible customer service from a company, and this is supposed to be some woman liberation "woke" company that's sooo with the times.

I started off using the company…

I started off using the company “SimpleHealth” which then transferred over to Twentyeight Health. In the beginning I had no problems until their new business model that automatically makes you pay 12.99 came out. Personally I don’t use all the benefits but to be able to renew my prescription I HAVE to use this “standard” plan. Although I don’t agree with this I can say their customer service has been excellent to me especially with Daniela. I received speedy responses sometimes within the day and it was very simple to cancel and restart their services.

Please know we appreciate this feedback regarding our newly implemented Care Plans as we continue to evolve. Currently, prescription renewal is not included in the Basic Plan and you're correct that to renew your prescription, you'll need to upgrade to our Standard Plan at $12.99/month. However, I did want to let you know that you can always upgrade to the Standard Plan for just one month and if you'd like to switch back to the Basic Plan afterward you can do so!

We're excited to offer this option as it actually makes the renewing your prescription more cost-effective than our previous $26 annual evaluation fee!
