Overall, pretty good
I’ve been a customer with Twentyeight Health for over a year at this point. Overall, I am satisfied with the service. Being a customer during the transition to a new subscription structure was a bit painful, as there was not much clarity on how billing would work, and if I would need to pay to continue getting my prescription. Information was lacking on the website. However, the customer rep Marilu was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. I think $12.99 is a very fair price to get a prescription, and the ability to switch to the free plan and still receive my medication while my prescription is active is fantastic. I am happy with Twentyeight health and will continue to remain a customer.
