Always use this website for my vapes have done for quite some time now at least a year or so only once I’ve had a vape from them that didn’t work and I’ve brought loads over the time I’ve spent ordering from this website, quick delivery too.

Unfortunately the last couple of orders I have had, at least 1 of the vapes has had a burnt coil , so unfortunately has been of no use as they are disposables.
Which makes me wonder if that’s why they are so cheap.
EDIT:
After contacting customer service, I received a very rapid response to my issue and they are replacing the products, plus sending me a free sample. So 5*
Very impressed and will continue to use this site.

Delivery was spot on
Delivery and the full experience of the site was amazing, I ordered 2 vapes 20,000 puffs they were both burned out. No items delivered. Money taken on 28th December from my account .
Ordered on the 28th December and still not received items. Emailed customer services and had zero response. The telephone number on the website also isn’t working saying number no longer in use. Ordered many times before with no issues. Just £34 down this time and still no delivery. I have emailed customer services again as asked in the reply from vape hub and it comes back not delivered??? And there is now no phone number on the website !!!! Vapes arrived today all is forgiven
