Just had my first pension meeting with Velliv and it was a super positive experience! I can warmly recommend my advisor Johnny Holm. He explained everything in a way that I understood (for someone who never dealt much with pension questions before a big plus :)) and gave me great advice while walking me through the different options, without being pushy. Out of curiosity, I had to book a meeting with my pension advisor for me to gain more knowledge about my pension -- e.g. How my pension is being invested and what I should expect when I go on pension. Johnny Holm is the pension advisor who was assigned to me. During our meeting, I never had an issue with Johnny as he was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and very accommodating for any question I asked during our meeting. The atmosphere in the meeting was very light, open and natural -- so I was able to ask questions and got the right answers.

It took a little longer than I expected to book a meeting, but I got a great advisor. I don't know about the other advisors, but the one I got was very good, professional and friendly. He spoke in great English with me and answered all my questions. It helped a lot that I informed myself about my pension before the meeting. He has send me in a prior email what info I should read and where can I find it.

A great introduction to insurance and pension coverage. Had Johnny Holm as pension adviser. He was very qualified and friendly, and did not try to "sell" me something, but instead informed me of the pros and cons of their products.

Cannot contact them. The phone waiting takes forever and the "contact us" form is broken with a faulty validation on the phone number: It won't accept a Danish phone number in any format, with or without int'l prefix

Probably the worst customer service in Denmark. Answering times count in weeks, telephone to customer service not answering. Still waiting for an answer to my 6 e-mails and reminders starting weeks ago. Poor.

Thank you Lina, e-mail was sent last week, no answer of confirmation of receival yet. The e-mail thread is 2 weeks old already, fingers crossed for an answer this week.

I had a talk with Johnny Holm about my pension scheme and he made everything easy to understand. He also had some good advice in regards to different decisions to be made about the pension scheme, so I felt that I was well-informed.

I had a thorough and good walk-through, that explained all the options to me, including 53a and the possibilities I would have there, as a recent immigrant to Denmark. The meeting was held completely in English, and there was a lot of patience and time for all of my questions, while not being pushy in any way to pay more or buy add-ons.

Not happy, neither with their support, nor with their way of doing business. So I am moving to another company.
This "change" is going to cost me 2050,- for their "ekspeditionsgebyr" and this reflects their policies that I am talking about... AKA too expensive for such a small thing

I've changed jobs, and had to start paying for myself in the new place as they didn't have a company-wide pension and insurance partner. However, Velliv was ill-prepared for this, sending me some forms I had to print out, sign - and have signed by my new place of work - and then scan and send it back. I have never received a confirmation from a human being, and eventually got an Eboks message that they haven't heard from me and thus are cancelling all my coverages, despite my efforts. I am sick of it. Switching to another provider.

For some strange reason Veliv is unable to calculate my annual retirement amount. I had called them twice where they say is a mistake not easy to fix and cannot give a date when will be corrected. It´s their obligation to provide me this info in a blink of an eye but they lack capacity to fix their own problems and have no rush to amend their faults. This is critical information that I am as a loyal paying customer have the right to know. What is going on Veliv? Is it a bigger problem I should worry about? Projecting my pension age funds shouldn't be complex unless there is a big problem going on? Please fix you error immediately, I´ll continue taking further actions until you fix the issue and don´t recommend this company to anyone!
