best app ever

the first time to book through vio and my booking was non refundable , when i checked in the hotel i realised that they dont have a kids club and my kids were very exited to go to kids club , so i spoke with (ray) in vio.com live chat and he helped me and accepted to cancel the booking with a refund , thank u ray and thank u vio � i will always book through vio

I booked for 4 nights at Conrad cairo…

I booked for 4 nights at Conrad cairo and paid 1100 $ approximately, when calling the hotel to verify the reservation they assured by the dates i booked they will be closing. When i experienced this i found out Vio doesn’t have a number to contact which is quite hard for me at the time being scared if I really got scammed. I texted them through whatsapp then they assign somebody to communicate through email, i got the refund for my payment within 6 days which is considered great! But to be honest they should improve in terms of responding the customers more quick and responsively, also a call center would be very helpful even the people can trust the website that i had a doubts about it when booking.

The navigation of the tool easy and quick

The navigation of the tool is easy and quick. More importantly unlike Trivago, when I made my pick and included my payment info. , the transaction was successful. Quick and easy .

It was very hard to contact Vio through…

It was very hard to contact Vio through my confirmation email but when I figured out how to fill out a customer contact form, they really do get back to you quickly. I was concerned I made a big mistake but they really helped out after I figured out the right path.

Thank you, Vio.

The hotel we booked had an unexpected pest control issue. Vio reached out to the hotel's partner and were able to refund us for the two days in which we were uprooted. Normally it wouldn't have been a big deal but this was a reservation for two 80 year olds who had to move a lot if luggage without me being there to do the lifting (and they did not feel comfortable with strangers moving their belongings). Vio did a good job.

Broken booking process

They changed the dates on me during the booking process. When I saw the different dates on the confirmation page, I contacted support for help, but they pushed the issue for me to resolve with the hotel directly. However, it was their technical issue on the website. Won't recommend.

I booked a room at the tru hotel thru…

I booked a room at the tru hotel thru you guys and I arrive at the hotel just to be told the virtual credit card you guys used declined ! How embarrassing and time consuming ! Had to wait 35 to 45 min to get someone on the phone to get another virtual card for my reservation that was booked by you guys with a card that declined ! What business has declining credit cards !! Never using vio again absolutely not just don’t do it !!!! Avoid the head ache

Vio helped me a lot

Vio helped me a lot, the hotel wanted to charge me twice for the reservation and the bank did not recognize the transaction as an error. From Vio support they managed everything so that the hotel would return my money ,this was a great experience an make my vacation much better.

I have always parked at the mantra with ease when travelling by plane. Booking a room at the mantra was just as easy. Looking forward to my stay and extra sleep now I won’t need to wake up at 3am.

Would not recommend VIO.COM to anyone

This was the most disturbing and worst experience I have had with a booking website. I travel several times a year and have never had such an issue. I've had one similar experience with priceline with the same restrictions and it was resolved within an hour of my identifying the problem but when I spoke with customer support 10 seconds after a booking I was told there is nothing to be done. Terrible website would not recommend and while the people might be nice customer support can not do anything.

I found the timer to be rather…

I found the timer to be rather challenging. As a senior, my movements are slower and I am sometimes easily distracted, so the countdown felt somewhat intimidating.

Good customer service

I found a hotel at a very good price on Vic, but then I didn't receive my confirmation email. I contacted them a couple of hours later and heard back promptly. They told me what the problem was and I was able to book the hotel, still at the same good price
