It was really simple and pretty straight forward. Very user friendly.
This is my first time renting in the UK and so I wasn’t sure how it would differ to the process in Australia.
The only frustration I had was that as I have only been working for a month and only had one payslip I obviously wasn’t sure what other documents would suffice. I clicked through the links you had one of them literally said ‘other documents you can use‘ and it took me to a ‘404 error page does not exist’. Not the worst thing but frustrating nonetheless.

Very good experience, then vouch should work closely with letting agency to provide specific requirements (actual requirements needed) and should only mark complete when the Lettings agency says so. Their ensures there isn’t any back n forth btw the tenant and agency

This service is intrusive. Despite opting out of the "optional" automatic bank checks and providing a verifiable work contract with salary details, I was later forced to submit bank statements to the estate agent, fearing it would jeopardise securing the house. It should be either/or, not both.
I also uploaded my EU passport, yet the system then requested an e-ticket and plane ticket. This is unnecessary since I'm already in the UK.

Starts off appearing to take 5 minutes, but it's closer to 35 minutes, I would prefer some warning on this. I don't have a problem with the service overall but a couple things irked me.

Asks access to check your income in your bank account to confirm you earn enough..... hey can we see you payslips.

Phone numbers for references is difficult as some employers only do references via HR directly and no phone number is available, so I can't put 0000000000 to bypass or state no number.

It was my first-ever attempt through a professional letting agent so wasn't confident at all and tbh, patience is not really my forte. But the experience so far has been the polar opposite. I've had the best possible guidance, assistance and support that I did not expect at all so a massive �� and thanks.

The team was patient and supportive as l am new to the UK they made sure l had a place to stay. I did virtual viewing and all that l saw on call was the exact l saw on the day of moving in. Good communication skills with clients, l applaud the team.

I was mainly dealing with Lucy and everyone else I meet were awesome. Answered all my questions. Really helped me get all my information together to rent the property, and was so helpfully nothing was to much. Great communication. Great service
