When we bought our new washing machine we choose Welhof specifically because they offer the carrying of the washing machine up stairs and the taking of the old washing machine down. Of course when they arrived they refused to do it! What a farce. Also no response to e-mails to customer service about this. Have now decided to return the machine as I can not use it in my entrance hall!!

Decided to buy a washing machine here and it was the worst decision lol. I can commend them for such a variety of assortment, you know the choice is truly big, but there are less chance that you will be able to find something quality even though paying a lot.
Ofc, Miele, Bosch and others are very expensive and quality, but i decided to buy something from a very low segment and I would def better not eat for the whole year but buy Miele here. It's just a joke but then one I bought was broken on the second day with an error that couldn't be found in the manual, lmao. I am disappointed, guys.

Welhof was happy to replace my faulty machine (bought from them) within a few days. Even though the first refurbished machine I bought was not without problems, the replacement was handled well.

I purchased a machine that had an issue. It was replaced immediately with a different model, no shipping costs were charged. Machine is working just fine now. very happy

Bought a refurbished dishwasher. Good machine for a good price. Got delivered to Antwerp, Belgium the next day after I ordered. Would have liked to have gotten a message the day before at least that they were going to deliver it, though it did say next day delivery on the website.
Standard delivery like with every other store. The machine was in decent condition knowing it's second hand. Used it once now and everything seems to work like it should. Can recommended.

We bought a refurbished washing machine and it was very dirty inside. The water outlet pipe was clogged up and didn't allow all the water to get pumped out. We opened the filter lit to clean it out and the water that came out was chunky and black. It gives the impression they never cleaned the machine and a few spots from the isolation rubbers were just cut off instead having the whole rubber replaced. For the money we paid we expected better.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Delivery guy came alone, I cannot carry heavy things. I went to ask neighbours for help and asked him to wait... 5mins later, I am back with someone and the delivery guy had gone! Absolutely no contact number, only contacting via Whatsapp/Facebook and no response has been received days later.

Delivery guy has no intuition/respect for the floor of the apartment. Sliding old and new washing machine leaving stubborn marks/damage on the floor after being warned about the potential. Products are solid.

This was our third order at Welhof. As always the ordering process is easy. Delivery on time with a 10 min warning call. The delivery person was friendly and helpful. All and All a good experience and we will buy again .

Very unprofessional service! Waiting for 5 hours the driver, who refused to bring the washing machine to the first floor. He said that their lifting machine didn’t fit. My stairs are common to probably 90% of the Dutch ‘old’ houses. Their website doesn’t say anything about that. First and last attempt to purchase from Welhof

I ordered a washing machine from Welhof, and they delivered it to my home very quickly. Additionally, they connected it for me free of charge. The staff member was very polite, and they even sent me messages specifying the exact time of the delivery. After using the washing machine, I noticed a strange sound. Following communication with them, they instructed me through their application's portal to choose what action I wanted to take. The options were very user-friendly. Naturally, I chose to exchange it for another one, and within 2 days, they came, picked up the old one, and brought me a new one!
I truly have no words for the exceptional support and the speed of service. Of course, I will be ordering again!

Returned washing machine we bought had some damage and was somewhat dirty inside. The tubes were full of water which spilled carrying it upstairs. Also, the “advanced AI� used for delivery allowed us to reschedule delivery, for which confirmation was received, but then still sent the driver on the originally scheduled day. The courier called us upon arrival and left the machine outside (in an agreed safe spot). Therefore the machine was also not connected as had been requested with the order.

I ordered a fridge, which came late by a day, but this wasn't communicated until the evening of the day that it should have been delivered. When installing it had an English plug for electricity, rather than a Dutch plug.

Do NOT use this company. They supply faulty goods. When they fail, they insist you buy a more expensive one as a replacement. Then, their delivery does not happen anyway. They have failed to deliver a washing machine FOUR times, leading to missed work days each time. When attempting to contact them, they simply go silent (only WhatsApp communication is offered).
We are now taking our case to lawyers and the Dutch Consumers rights agency. To avoid this happening to you, do NOT use this company.

Not the most pleasant experience. I ordered a washing machine and specified that it would have to be carried to the 2nd floor. They sent one delivery guy who obviously could not do the job alone. I had to help him carry it up the two staircases, which was extremely difficult as I am not exactly a professional mover either, and I would hate to think what might have happened if I was not in condition to help with it. I’m still unsure if the washing machine got damaged in the process since it hit the walls multiple times and there’s visible scratches. The washing machine also got an odd smell which i’m hoping will fade with a few washes.
I definitely don’t recommend this service to anyone with a physical disability or who won’t be able to help carry it as it’s quite heavy.

The staff who did the door-to-door delivery and installation were very nice. He followed his own work process and carefully asked me to confirm the goods, then installed the goods in the designated place very carefully, and explained and tested the machine.

if it wasn't me home but someone smaller there is no way she would have been able to carry it.
