Efficient and helpful

I have never had any problems with 123.ie in all the years I have dealt with them . Their efficiency and manner in which they deal with the customer is apparant in each matter, the friendly, helpful and patient way it is managed is excellent.

It was far way cheaper than my former 17/h2>

It was far way cheaper than my former insurance company. It was very easy for me going on online to buying my insurance policy and uploading my documents too, within 30 minutes everything was done. I couldn’t believe it I will recommend 123.ie to anyone..

I have being dealing with 123 for a number of years now and have found their ease of site and their access to staff to talk to when necessary excellent. The prices for insurance are competitive.

I had to call the breakdown service

I had to call the breakdown service. The phone operator was really kind and helpful. The AA breakdown guy arrived really quickly and was also really nice and helpful. My car couldn’t be fixed in situ so a tow truck was organized for the next morning to Kelleher’s Garage, Salthill and they had sourced a part and had the car ready to go by the afternoon.
Amazing service by all concerned.

The entire process of getting insured 17/h2>

The entire process of getting insured is easy and quick. Been with them for about 7 years now. During this time, any issues that I had were sorted out quickly. Cover includes a lot of extras which with others need to be purchased separately. Overall I'm a happy customer.

Nonsense policy

You refused to add my son as a temporary driver as he holds a US license , he was allowed on my last policy and I wasn’t informed of this when I was renewing it. I made a complaint as I’ve never heard such nonsense and needless to say I would not have renewed my policy with you. I was told that someone would contact me in 4 or 5 days that was last October and I’m still waiting .Great customer service?

I know it’s not much but without fail on the 6th January 123 send me a birthday wish and a lovely treat to get a Coffee and Muffin in Costa.
They are very helpful in getting the best deal for my car insurance in the last 6 years can’t be beaten. Thank you

First of all price rises on a regular basis. Difficulty in phone contact. Too many gimmicks like a coffee at birthday time where price reductions would be more acceptable. Against the above I have found your staff both helpful and friendly.

Your custom is appreciated quote online

I got a great quote online, and it's so easy to fill in the questionnaire. The following day I had received my documents by email so the process is very fast. Not only that but I feel appreciated as a customer when I received a voucher for a free coffee and muffin (was delighted) for my birthday. It was also very handy recently when we had the storm I was emailed various contact numbers in case I needed them.
