Just finished a kitchen renovation and needed a few things to complete the stocking of the cabinets. Ended up leaving with more than anticipated. Good pricing, friendly helpful knowledgable staff, all made the experience incredible. Will be back to buy more soon! Thank you!

I was very please with the website. It was comprehensive and user friendly. If we have further needs for our Culinary Arts program, I will be sure to check A City Discount again. Our merchandise arrived quickly. Only one complaint, I stated on the order that i wanted someone to contact us. I never received that call to prepare our Plant Operations staff to be ready at unload. Other than that, we are pleased customers.

I just made yet another trip to ACityDiscount, I found and left with exactly what I was looking for and still had a good portion of the money I had budgeted still in my pocket.
From one restauranteur to another these guys and gals really know what they're doing having been on our side of the counter too.

I purchased a used ice machine from ACityDiscount (Scotsman 525Ib Cube Style Air Cooled Ice Machine w Bin). The item was received in very good condition and in short order shipping via Fedex Freight. The removal of the packaging revealed the ice machine head to be visually in great condition and the bin had very few cosmetic signs of wear. The interior of the ice bin held no off putting odor for which I had concern. Our ref. technician gave it a visual inspection and found nothing to be questionable. However, even though ACD found it to be in working order, we have yet to employ it for ice making. If it produces ice as well as it looks, we will be very be happy with our purchase and will do business with ACD in the future.

I got my Bunn Coffee Grinder 4 days after I ordered it and it was well packed for shipping. Since it was used, it did require some cleaning, but everything works perfect. I couldn't be more pleased

Went in to buy two dishwashers went thru with the sales man to make sure I got the right ones. we got it all figured out then I gave him my credit card he ran it thru and of course it went thru then he tells me after the fact that they have to do a verification that would take 10 min. of my time by charging a random amount to my credit card thats when it all started if you use keybank they do not post there charges for a day or so so I told him forget the order I would just buy it from webresaurant who are awesome bought many of things of greater value from so he told me he coulnt cancel the order Imaginge that so i asked to talk to a superviser told him to just cancel the order after talking to him for 10 min him trying to get me to convince me to not cancel the order he hung up on me. what great customer service the they called me again the next day hounded me about doing this verification mind you I have bought from them before without any problems just to get this whole experience over with it took almost an hour to do this I told him to be sure one of the owners or someone high up called me guess what not a call do yourself a big favor pass these guy by terrible and very unprofessional buy somewhere else. would give them negitive stars if I could

this is my second order and I was as satisfied with my second purchase as I was with my first order. They deliver when they say they are going to. I love the peach points you earn with your purchase. I was able to pay for a special delivery lift with some of my points from my last order. And it got even better than that when I found out they will let you use their coupons. I was checking out ice makers, found a range of prices online, called ACity to ask them if I could receive a discount if I picked up the ice maker at their warehouse. They matched the best price I found online and were very helpful when while trying to pay for the item, it was discovered that my credit card was compromised. They patiently waited until we were abloe to complete the transaction. Excellent customer service!
