Great help from Mili
I spoke with Mili by telephone about our Asko dishwasher, which had stopped functioning. I gave her access to the camera in my phone, which let her see what was happening with the machine, and let her not just tell me but show me visually which buttons I needed to press. Mili was terrific--she identified and solved the problem very quickly, and now the machine works perfectly. And she was very pleasant to work with. Thank you, Mili, we are grateful for your help.
