Not Fixed, lies told, and coverage stops before the term ends

Sent laptop for new keyboard. After weeks of delay and fake messages of waiting for parts, it returns - with the original keyboard. Long story but this is what I have in writing:
1) Promised multiple times (verbally and in writing) that I'd get a refund for the plan if I cancelled my protection. Cancellation worked just fine; the refund didn't happen. I needed to go through my state attorney general's office to get a partial refund.
2) In looking for refund on other plans, I'm told that those plans are old and therefore out of their system (in writing too). The problem is that the terms of the plans purchased hadn't yet been reached.

quick, painless, problem solved

Despite being early (for me) on New Year's Day, Honey did an amazing job walking me through the process to get the claim started.
Yes, I will have to purchase a new product but the $14 spent for the warranty has saved me $65 that I can now put to another purchase by giving me back the full purchase amount that I started with.

Happy Hank

I have used the insurance plan whenever I buy an item from Amazon, if available. I recently updated it to cover past items purchased ($16.99/month). Plus when need I use the live chat option. The customer service reps. have always given me outstanding service and solved my problems. Anytime I make an online purchase, I look to see if it is covered by Asurion.

Very happy with Asurion customer care.

Spoke with Rachelle (customer care at Asurion) on 01/01/2025 in regards to my Keurig coffee maker that had stopped working. Was asked for my order # and was quickly taken care of by Rachelle. Will be receiving a gift card to purchase a new Keurig or another brand if I choose. Cannot say enough about the customer care I received from Rachelle.

Extremely easy process to get reimbursement

We bought this massage pad last year and thinking we will be using it fairly frequently. A protection plan sounds good to have but didn't keep much hope it would actually do anything for us.

Fast-forward this year, the product quit working just a few weeks passed the 1-year manufacture warranty. We contacted Asurion and see what options do we have. Turned out it was extremely easy to file a claim and get reimbursement of what we paid for. This is beyond our expectation! Very happy here!

Asurion comes through in protecting Amazon purchases

My church purchased some PTZ cameras and a controller from Amazon in 2023. At the time we also purchased the technical support plans offered by Asurion for all of these products. Today was the first time I needed to contact Asurion to file a claim under their plan. Their chat support agent assisted me in identifying what was needed to file the claim and to file it immediately. I'm very glad we purchased these Asurion protection plans at the time of purchase.

Rescue Really Helped

Honestly, it wasn't until launching Rescue that it was possible for the tech to understand just how persistent this annoying pop-up barage was. I think that it greatly helped her discover that this was not a virus. That was the breakthrough.

Do not waist your money with this…

Do not waist your money with this company. I bought a tablet from BJ's Wholesalers in 2021, along with a 3 year asurion plan. In 2023 the charger would not stay in the port, it would wiggle. I put in a claim. All they kept asking for was pictures of the front and back of the tablet. I submitted the photo's that were requested, then they asked for a photo of the problem area, so I took a photo of the port, not that they could actually see a problem from a photo. Every time I checked on the claim, they kept asking for the same photo's over and over again, then 3 months later they closed my claim without resolve. So, I tried again..Never heard back from them. So, now I tried today, and of course the response was, your warranty has expired. I will never ever use this insurance/warranty company again!

Full Replacement of 2 Year Old Pool Vac

After two years of use, I expected the run-around when our robotic pool vac stopped working. But Asurion sent a gift card for the full purchase price so that we could buy a brand new one. Simple as that!

Never big on protection plans but after my first leather football wouldn't hold air I had to spend $80 for another ball.
so the $9 protection plan worked out great this time around.

Purchased a 4 Year Protection Plan and I’m really glad I did because Amazon only gives you 1 year! Asurion was very easy to use and had great help filing a claim which took only a moment. Really Glad I had a Asurion Protection! Well worth it!

The tech Eric that came out was professional and extremely kind. He made sure the apps appeared to be working. However my emails weren’t coming thru and the second tech Barbara took me thru the steps to recover and receive my emails

I don't usually buy extended warranties…

I don't usually buy extended warranties for products, but I am glad I did on this purchase. There was a one year warranty on the product, and the Asurion plan extended that to four. We had no problems until we were into that fourth year. Asurion processed the claim with no hassles. I was relieved to have this work out so well.

Fast and easy to get my phone replaced…

Fast and easy to get my phone replaced and activated! Came within 2 days but only because I ordered the replacement on a Saturday. Worker was amazing when it came to activating my phone very fast even without having my original phone.

We had to use Asurion to replace a an iPhone

We had to use Asurion to replace a cracked iPhone. The experience filing the claim was super easy. We received the new phone in two days with simple intuitive instructions on how to set it up. Great experience. Also, they communicated via email and text along the way to keep us informed on how things were going.

I bought a canopy and unfortunately it was damaged but I had bought the protection plan with it and talked to the customer service agent and was able to get my issue resolved in a positive way. I greatly recommend buying their product protection plan! Great doing business
