I feel I was purposefully tricked into purchasing this policy that was supposed to protect all my home electronics. When I finally tried to make a claim that’s when I found out that there is $139 deductible for a small laptop.
Between the monthly cost of the policy and the $139 fee I have already paid more than what the laptop is worth.
Basically what you’re paying is $39 a month plus tax to have them remove viruses and clean your computer. That’s about it. Definitely not worth it.
I normally don’t use the chat for anything. I prefer to speak with a live representative. However, I decided to Chat with a representative because the Technical office wasn’t opened yet and I figured, what do I have to lose. I chatted with Gerson. He was vey pleasant. He pin pointed the problem and got right to my issue. In a few easy steps I was back up and running. It only took 10 minutes at the most. Extremely satisfied that I don’t have to wait on hold for a representative and I can go about the rest of my day. 😊
This company has been very reliable and has taken care of each of my problems. They have been quick at scheduling appointments and have been extremely responsive to my needs. They show up when they say they will as well. I highly recommend them.

You'll never have an issue as long as you're not being a scumbag
Getting this protection on Amazon is a must on higher priced items you never know that extra coverage that covers even things that the manufacturer doesn't at least you can get reimbursed via gift card and buy a new one or do whatever you need to do with it but for them to offer extended warranties on aquarium pumps and lighting is awesome because manufacturers warranties are horrible it's like pulling teeth and they're short for expensive items
