When I stated making larger purchases.

When I stated making larger purchases.. didn't know how much peace of mind Asurion was until something ẁent wrong with the item. Filing the claim was as easy as 123... after I found is easier to go through CHAT than doing it myself

Highly recommend purchasing extended coverage…

I have purchased the extended coverage on many items from Amazon & so glad it covered me when I needed it most. The online claim process is easy to file & if things get complicated, you can opt to chat with a person live. Keep records of your product like the order number to your purchased plan & Name & model of your product. This will assure a smooth transaction.

It was great with this person, that I had that I worked with. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very extremely patient. If all the associates was nice as she was, it would be a great business so far. I'm happy.

The customer service agent understood the assignment

The customer service agent understood my questions and provided insightful answers. I was leery of sending off my computer because I didn't know the process for a laptop claim, but she did a great job of answering my questions and relieving my concerns. Also, I honestly didn't expect anyone to be available on a holiday but tried anyway. I really appreciate that the agent decided to work today. Thank you so much for that, it really means a lot to me.

Delrisha Was quick and replied fast to…

Delrisha Was quick and replied fast to my blunt questions. She was not able to assist because it was out of her control but she understood where I was coming from and my frustrations. She apologized even thought it was no fault of hers. She told me the next steps and asked if I had any additional questions from that point . I would highly recommend her if I had to chat in again for help!

Better than the bad reviews

Based on other reviews, I was expecting a lot of trouble. I ordered a screen in June from Amazon, which recently failed. It’s now January, And I was able to use the insurance plan to replace the nearly $600 item.

I did it all using the chat festure on my phone at Asurion’s website. This is the second claim I’ve file on items that I purchased on Amazon. The first replacement for a different item went smoothly. And so far this one has, too.

Realize that I’ve yet to receive the new item, and I’m in the middle of the transaction. I hope everything continues to go smoothly.

FAST, EASY, EFFICIENT!

Asurion provided great product protection at a very reasonable price. When it became necessary to file a claim, the process was fairly easy and efficient. Returning the item was a slight hassle, but within reason. The turn-around time on the claim was very quick and the reimbursement option is amazing. I will use the reimbursement towards an updated model rather than direct replacement. That seems like good business strategy to me!

ATT is worth the cost

ATT does cost more but for the service and quality of service we are life long customers. We have tried every other service for wifi and phones and ATT has exceeded our expectations with support and mobile and Wifi coverage

Smooth, professional experience

I know a lot of people are never happy having to deal with claims for repair or replacement of products. I frequently hear complaints about various issues with people filing complaints and with only one exception, I have never had any issues filling a claim with Ausurion in the almost decade I've been buying Accidental Protection Plans from them. Today is no exception, the customer service representative I spoke with was proficient, professional, friendly, and informative. Everything I would expect from any customer service agent. I will continue to purchase programs through asurion.
