I love bank five

I love bank five. They match rates for CDs to other local banks. They have great specials too. The assistant manager is quick and professional. I recommend bank five for savings and CDs to all my family members.

I want to recognize Bank5 and specifically Steven from their customer service team. I absolutely love the Somerset branch…

I absolutely love the Somerset branch of Bank 5. There is never a day (usually 2/3 week) that the service is outstanding. When someone is busy, always another bank employee will step in and take care of my business.
Additionally, I love the personal approach by identifying me by my first name.
Don't know what your paying these folks but I can tell you they are worth there weight in gold. Love them all from managers to the teller line including the drive-thru.

I first went on the website and was chatting with Krystin. I told her what I was looking for and wanted to make sure there were no hidden fees or fees in general. Kristen was extremely helpful in helping get exactly what I needed. She was extremely professional and courteous. I then went to Bank Five to open my account and the gentleman that took care of me was also very professional and courteous.

Friendly tellers

Friendly tellers , when I cash my check I ask for large bills and they always have them . I was waiting for my checks I ordered that I haven't received so teller printed me ' nine bank checks , been using ' Bank � Five for many years and don't plan on going anywhere else 💰

I went to Bank of America to make a…

I went to Bank of America to make a cash deposit. I don't make cash deposits into the automatic teller.
I had to wait over 15 minutes to make this deposit as there were only 2 available tellers, One on the regular side and one on the business customer only side.
It seems that with the closure of your other branches in Fall River, this branch has become increasingly more crowded and it doesn't seem that Bank of America has increased personnel to meet this increase of customer using this branch.

They are always very kind to me and my…

They are always very kind to me and my company, but this is not the first time that Liza from Bankfive on Acushnet Ave in New Bedford has served me and she is very racist towards me. When I arrive, she makes me wait for long periods of time without anyone in line, and if someone arrives after me, she serves them first.

Working with Bank5 was an easy choice

We worked with Susana when we bought our house, and she was very helpful then. So when it was time to think about applying for a HELOC the choice was easy. Great service, quick responses, even when Danielle stepped in to help with the process. Things have gone smoothly as expected .

I am very satisfied with Bank Five specially with Liz that works at the county Street branch.she is very pleasant and very personal and she solves any problems I’ve had in the past also, I noticed that she is willing to help her fellow workers with any problems they encounter. Bank Five is very lucky to have Liz a woman of her caliber working at the County Street Location

Quaint and nicest tellers.

I like that the employees are pleasant, and efficient. You never have to wait to long. I have been with the bank for a lot of years and love banking there.
The only drawback to be honest is that Daniel and Irene knew us from the years of banking and taking them out to replace with tellers that don’t know us at all. They have no idea how loyal a customer has been. I think that is important. My opinion only.
I’m talking about the Fairhaven branch.
You should have kept one of them . It’s nice to see a familiar face. I don’t know anyone’s name or see the same people.
Not good for customers.
