Always issues with payment

Always issues with payment. Auto payments accepted for about 6mths then won't accept. This account belongs to a child. Will be looking for another provider, and won't be telstra or their smaller services

Had issue with no connection

Had issue with no connection. Belong were amazing. Turns out it was an NBN issue but Belong organised a fix in 3 days since my complaint....also a weekend so I'm sure would have been more swift otherwise.

False Advertising - Not Telstra Network

They claim to cover 98.8% of Aussies, though they are a Telstra company, they don't actually support coverage in areas where you'd want the Telstra network - like in places that are only covered by Telstra, making their service essentially useless.

Boost on the other hand offers 100% of Telstra's coverage. If you're looking for good reception and customer service, use Boost instead.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service, no internet for 3 weeks. Was told I would be reimbursed for that and this month I wouldn’t be charged and also credit on my phone as I had to buy extra credit. That never happened they offered me $10 towards phone credit and I still got charged for this month and I’ve phoned the complaints line and emailed and noone has bothered contacting me!!

Very frustrating customer service experience

It seems that we are not even speaking to real people.... My problem is not fixed, I was barely able to hear nor understand the operator that at some stage started to repeat the same word over and over before dropping the line and not calling me back (it was like speaking with an AI).
It is now more than two days I am trying to fix my internet but nothing (just waiting to be contacted). No customer services phone number could be found.... I am really frustrated as I need my internet for work. So, it gives me not many option than just walk away and deal with another company that could be reached with real people and on specific and realistic timeframe.
When I see the review, it looks like you are faster at responding to poor review than dealing with my internet connection issue.
Extremely frustrating!

Reinstating my new phone after the old one was lost

As a Belong customer, I recently lost my phone. The process for reporting that was very straightforward. Then I purchased a new retail SIM and set that up on my new phone with the email help of Mohit from the Belong Mobile Team. His replies were prompt - just a few minutes wait - and they were very clear (no problem even for a 71 year old!). I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to have such excellent support (and he even welcomed me back to Belong). I will certainly tell my friends about this superb customer service.

My broadband connection is down and I cannot contact Belong

My broadband connection is down. My account is up to date. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact this company to find out if there is simply an outage, or whether the problem might lie with my router or modem. It is totally and utterly frustrating not being able to contact them. I will be changing providers ASAP.

Don't use belong

I'm not even a customer to belong. All I did was express an interes, now they spam my phone with SMS and calls every day. One you need to do is type your address to see if NBN covers you. belong goes and organises a technician to come over. Remember I'm not their customer and have no account with them. They harrass me constantly now. Avoid them at all cost. It's gotten to the point where if they come to my address I'll need to defend myself regardless of their said intention.

There is absolutely no data no matter where i am in cbd in open air full signal strength but simply no data. Dont buy belong sim frm supermarket regardless how cheap it is!

Been waiting over 3 weeks to get a…

Been waiting over 3 weeks to get a response regarding the dispatch of the modem.
They dont respond to emails and have no number to contact them on.

I have sent multiple emails and received little to no response.
They have debited my account for my monthly fees and the modem hasn't even arrived .
Overall the company is a joke.

If you want any form of customer service and internet .
Stay far away from this company.

A huge thank you to Belong and in…

A huge thank you to Belong and in particular Vishal on private fb message for helping me solve a problem with my account tonight.

After having trouble accessing my online account Vishal looked into the problem and discovered I had two accounts - one for an old ADSL and the current NBN connection. What Vishal discovered was that they were in separate accounts with two different email addresses. Vishal advised me on what to do and the problem was fixed.

Vishal was wonderful, friendly and extremely professional. Thank you Belong for employing staff such as Vishal and making this experience a pleasant one. I’m team Belong! 😊

Terrible service. Theft.

The most terrible customer service Ive ever experienced.
Got in contact via facebook to cancel my serivice on the 16th June, to be cancelled before 1st July when i get charged for my internet.
The failed to do so even though they said they did. They took $65 for internet I wasnt even using and they failed to provied reimbursement, even after stating it would take 3-5 business days (currently been 8)
Do not recommend anyone join up with Belong, and if you are with them to cancel immediately (but make sure you actually are so they dont continue to charge you!)

UPDATE: Still no refund after giving my details over 3 times and numerous harassing phone calls stating the same stuff.

Belong or not to belong

Can’t even use my data in my own apartment in Sydney NSW. Calls drop out as well yet I have been with Belong for over 5 years. Haven’t swapped the apartment or the phone yet Belong doesn’t want to take accountability and say the service has got worse, yet the call centre is in India

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely awful customer service- no contact number and no response to my email. They seem to respond to these reviews so maybe I will get a response this way.

Medical Centre

We are a Medical Centre and the internet is very important in running the Centre as well it affects our Patients. I have emailed Belong 5 times since Monday and still no response. This is very frustrating, it is the worse experience I have ever dealt with.

Poor customer service and too many…

Poor customer service and too many hoops to jump through when exiting plan. Have to re- apply to cancel
at end of month a few days before plan expires or they terminate now and keep your $$ data and calls..
Happy to take your money but not provide quality of service.

Useless customer service.
Slow speeds.
ASIC, what are you guys even doing? Shut this joke of a company down!
Response to Belong.
You had 6 months to stop these overcharges from occuring. I rang literally every month, was told it was being escalated,... and then had to ring back the following month because I was once again overcharged.
I have transferred all my services to Aussie Broadband, and I would never waste my time or money with Belong ever again. You have been hands down one of the WORST companies I have dealt with in many years. I actually have no idea how you are still in business. Period.
Why don't you just spend the effort you make here on attempted damage control on actually providing your services correctly in the first place?
It is not exactly rocket science.

Was on 60$ plan for 50mbs then it went…

Was on 60$ plan for 50mbs then it went to $69 and now $80 for 50mbs download speeds . With poor customer service and a web based support charging 80$ is ludicrous. When u ask for a pro-rata refund, get told we are. Subscription based service .
Thanks for the offer, moved to superloop at 60$ for 50mbs
