Bad product, even worse customer service

Exactly the same issue as others are having: Bad quality product sent for repair and got stuck at UPS. One BOSE agent says it is received, another agent week later says it is still in transport. No one knows, no one cares. What a service from BOSE that was supposed to be a premium brand. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BUY BOSE CRAPPY PRODUCTS
UPDATE 2025.01.16: 2 months since sending faulty product, not fixed yet. Customer service keep repeating the same: "you are right, we understand your frustration, we will escalate your case". NOTHING IS ACTUALLY BEING FIXED.

bose.no - not recommended

If you don't have to, don't buy via the website. Last week I ordered pair of sleep buds II. I received mail from bose.no that I can pick up my buds at the following address: "Na, Na, Na 5829 Bergen". I called bose.no, and they told me I should contact UPS because of their fault... (but the email came from them!) . On their chat I got the answer: "Jeg kan se at bestillingen din er på UPS-punktet på denne adressen - BERGEN, 5879, NO."... wow!. No address! There is no such UPS-point. On UPS website I got the pickup address.. 50 min drive from the place I live, I sent this information to bose.no and I got recomendation to go there. I drove there… but the shipment was not there, it was in the post office in one of the grocery stores nearby my home. So I drove again 50 min. I lost more than 3h to get this shipment and I got zero help from bose.no. They wanted to resend it.. Hey, if you send me 2 different addresses and none of them is correct I don’t want you to resend anything to me! They don’t take responsibility for logistics nor for problems they caused. Product is amazing (higly recommend: sleep buds 2) but customer service and logistics sucks!
